Jul 08,2022I contacted several solicitors during the process of buying a house and right from my first interactions with Graysons I was impressed with the manner they dealt with us, and how they actually seemed to understand the stresses and pressures of buying a house as a first-time buyer. Communications from all staff I spoke to or dealt with were usually prompt. Our purchase was handled by Lacey and she was brilliant to deal with, every time I called to enquire where we were up to we were given up to date information. They were helpful and honest and compared to some of the other quotes we received (particularly the estate agents 'preferred solicitor') they were excellent value for money. I can't fault a single part of our dealing with Graysons, they will be our first consideration in future should we ever had need for a Solicitor again.

It was a very wise move. They have been absolutely fantastic from start to conclusion. I was treated with respect at every step of the way, Kept well informed of what was happening. Any issues were caused by the purchaser and these were dealt with promptly and efficiently by both these ladies. Keeping me updated along the way. Would highly recommend Graysons. I had no previous knowledge of them as a Company but I loved their support of Ashgate Hospice in Chesterfield. Finding them from the Ashgate booklet. Would highly recommend Graysons.

He was informative of the process and time scales regarding my compensation claim and has always been instant to respond to any queries. Not only has he completed my claim successfully, he has also done this in half the initial time frame stated! I am very pleased in the result and would definitely recommend.
