Feb 04,2022Graysons responded to my previous review on the 19th Jan 2022. We responded to the request to contact them on 22 January 2020 by the email given. Once again no return contact. They cannot be bothered Looks like our previous review (below) stands. Yes, some great reviews but a measure of a company is when things go wrong. Lack of communication, planning and execution of standard conveyancing tasks resulting in extra mortgage charges. At no point did the purchaser or vendor delay or inhibit any task or timescale and if they had not intervened and chased the costs would have been greater. They don't care how bad they are or how much extra money you have to pay out.

Feb 18,2022I found my experience of Graysons Solicitors to be very good overall . The time scale of my claim wasn't helped by the Covid situation , a lot of staff were working from home , or out of office for whatever reason , but was resolved in the end !
