Dec 08,2023Zeer goed persoonlijk contact. Recent ferry geboekt van Brindisi naar Igoumenitsa. Bij contact weet iedereen wie wie is (collega"s) dus je kunt vragen naar een persoon die je eerder heeft geholpen en derhalve snelle boeking te realiseren. Super!!

Nov 10,2023You do not need this intermediately company to get your tickets- book directly with the company that you are sailing with. Then if you have any issues, they can work it out on the spot. I bought an online ticket and their system glitched, unbeknown to me, I had a student ticket. I thought it was such a good price I contacted them to see if there was some issue, but they said they could not comment on price! So my ticket was invalid and I had to buy a new one on the day of travel, fortunately there were seats. The Greek Ferries used every reason under the sun not to refund me- there is nothing on my ticket or receipt to indicate that it was a student fare, and after a lot of wasted time sending photos and emailing,I lost my money through them. I repeat, book directly with the company you are sailing with as they could have just let me pay the difference and it would have all been sorted on the spot, but with an intermediary involved it was such a mess.

Oct 11,2023Vorige week weer onze overtocht geboekt (Igoumenitsa-Ancona) bij Greekferries. Na een mailtje met mijn verzoek aan ons vast contact (Josephine Vooren) werd binnen een paar uur door haar gereageerd met de mededeling dat Anek Superfast op een door ons gewenste datum nog een plek vrij had (petvriendelijke buitencabine op datum X). Vervolgens meteen daarop bevestiging gekregen met betalingsverzoek. Alles in één dag geregeld. Geweldig!!! Greekferries ontzorgt ons. We hebben nu al een aantal jaren geboekt bij Greekferries. Zij zijn klantgericht én klantvriendelijk!

Sep 02,2023Facilità di prenotazione, assistenza efficiente di Elisa, purtroppo due ore di ritardo da Hydra ad Atene non è accettabile, considerando anche il rischio di perdere l'aereo per Roma. Se i biglietti arrivassero via mail sarebbe meglio.
