May 13,2018Hesitant at first but it is legit I was very hesitant as i've never heard of this company before. I bit the bullet and put my information in to sell my Fitbit Ionic. It was all very seamless and straightforward. Received my check within a couple days and it cleared my account. I only wished I sold it to them before they dropped the price of it!

Apr 12,2018The transaction for my iPhone and Apple Watch started well. Communication was excellent. On 3/27 I received a confirming email that payment had been made. I had asked to be paid by check. As of today, 4/12, I have not received a check. What is worse, I am not getting any kind of response to an email nor to a comment I left on their site’s “contact us” page. AND the telephone number is unanswered and doesn’t offer the means to leave a message. I am starting to think I have been scammed! UPDATE: within 30 minutes of posting this one star review I had an email from the company. They explained they were on vacation and that a check had been issued to me and to please adjust my review. The email also contained a screenshot of a bank check having been issued. I have not received the check yet. Will update this review as soon as I receive it. The email was very courteous and professional so I am changing my one start to three stars in the belief that The company is trying to make things right. FINAL UPDATE: We finally resolved the issue and I have received my payment. The company worked with me every step along the way to figure out how to solve the problem. They were very responsive and helpful and I would deal with them again.

Mar 15,2018I’m glad I gave it to someone who wasn’t going to beat around the bush. I just wish I would’ve got more for my phone since I paid a good $795 for it in February of 2017. It wasn’t exactly new but it wasn’t exactly broken either but I am glad to just get rid of it since it was taking up space.

They sent me the free shipping label, I dropped the package off at UPS, and about 3 business days later I got an email confirming that they agreed with my assessment of the phone's condition, and had mailed me a check for the full $95. I received the check 5 business days later, and it had cleared the bank. This was an overall easy and stress free process. :)

They were in constant communication with me throughout the process, and answered any question I sent promptly. My phone was evaluated and a physical check sent within a week of shipping my phone to them. I would definitely do business with them again.

Jan 09,2018GreenBuyBack offered the highest value for my Nexus 6P, and agreed with my assessment of "Perfect" condition. No quibbling, quick turnaround — almost the moment that I got notification from UPS that the package had been delivered, I got two emails from GBB stating they had received the device, and they agreed with my assessment. What's more, I made a mistake when I first submitted and chose PayPal (not realizing there would be fees). I emailed GBB and they agreed to change it to a check — and then they followed through and sent me a check. I will ABSOLUTELY do business with GreenBuyBack again.
