Mar 27,2017I sent 2 phones to the company on Tuesday and did have to follow up when I hadn't heard back by Friday, but I spoke with the owner and he was extremely helpful. I did not include the battery with my phone so we did renegotiate the price, but I felt the offer was more than fair. Excellent company to work with. Highly recommended.

Mar 14,2017Tried to sell my used cell phone to a competitor company of Greenbuyback....they offered online what I thought was reasonable....sent them the phone....they replied they found small scratches (there were none) so they dropped their offer by $20....had them send it back to me. The other company is trying to scam people. Then sent phone to Greenbuyback and they offered what I thought was reasonable....sent them the phone...they said phone was in perfect condition and sent me payment! A win win situation.

On February 1st I was notified that I would be getting a check and the check arrived on the 6th. It would have been here sooner but a weekend was involved. I highly recommend them.

Jan 17,2017I dropped water over my mac, lot of it, and it's completely destroyed. I went to apple stores and they asked me 750$ for the repair which I rejected and came home disappointed. I was looking for websites that buy damaged stuff and other websites quoted so much less than greenbuyback. I was still somehow not convinced and didn't think his is legit, but anyways I sent my mac since anyways it's of no use to me. And guess what, I received the full amount they promised within a day of delivery of my laptop to them. Amazing website!!! I strongly recommend this!

Jan 14,2017I sent in my package no problems printing the mail in label, love the free shipping. A week later I get an email saying I was approved, then got my check in the mail 4 days later. I deposited it, no I'm just waiting to make sure it does not bounce. I like how you get actual money for your phone.

Jan 04,2017The whole selling process is very easy and convenient. Would have liked a little more cash but considering you don't have to pay to ship it it works out pretty well. My phone was completely waterlogged and I doubt many parts are usuable but at least I got "something" for it.

So, I plunged and now, a bit more than a week after dropping my package box off at UPS (Greenbuyback covered the shipping!) I received the exact amount promised. I contacted them 6 months later to see if there were any other options for payment realizing how much time had passed and ready to accept that it might be too late, but they got back in touch with me and transferred me a payment via PayPal the next day.
