Whether the device is locked or unlocked, whether they will accept bad IMEIs or not, or asked her what kind of condition it's in and what they classify the condition as, but this company is very straightforward and there is no ambiguity!

Nov 09,2022I spoke with one of the representatives earlier this week bc we had not received any response about whether or not they had received our phones. I was told that they did not have any outstanding phones there. I was quite put off by the response back. However the CEO, Mr Kramer, who was on vacation during my exchange with one of his representatives, came back and traced the packages back to UPS and found that both packages were damaged. He has graciously agreed to pay us for both phones without having the equipment. This company and Management is a wonderful company that I will definitely do business again with.
