Feb 11,2016Service itself is great and uncomplicated. I sent in my Apple Watch which is in perfect shape and working. It only had a few minor scratches on the glass. They offered around $160 on the website. When they inspected it they said because of the scratches the condition is "broken" and it's only worth $50. They send it back to me without any issues. However, it should be described a bit more clear on the website.
