Aug 30,2016I sold my broken Galaxy s7 edge to GreenBuyBack and waited for the check. It didn't come for a few weeks so I reached out to them and got a response the same day. They found that the check had been returned because my address got cut off because it's so long. This has happened to me before with another company, so i don't blame them. They decided to cut me another check and even added an extra $20 for my trouble and wait. Very impressed with them. I definitely will recommend them to friends in the future. The CEO was even involved with the transaction and was the one to ok the extra money and said to contact him personally if there is any further trouble. Not many companies that operate like this. 5 Stars.
