Greenbuyback made selling my locked iPhone X super convenient. Cons: I didn’t get as much money as I was initially offered, and they were on vacation the week I sent my phone in, so it took about a week for the complete transaction. Pros: they sent me a box and shipping label the day after I “purchased” from them, and they emailed me back within 24 hrs when I had questions. They also sent the money 1 hour after I got the final offer by email. Very trustworthy and efficient way to sell products I couldn’t sell online.

Everything went very smooth. I sold my iphone X. They made me a decent offer, I sent it out it took about one day to arrive my state is pretty close to their office in Jersey. My money was in my pay pal account the following morning so the process as a whole took about three days. I would definitely suggest them and use them again.

The worst experience of my life. After they made their final offer for my phone, and I said no, they sent it back to me bent in half. It was intentionally damaged. I am in the shipping business for 28 years and I have never seen any damage like that. They won't even do anything to help me resolve this. I now have a phone that is useless. If was at least usable when I sent it out.

Wow! What a company. I had issues as I didn't know about phones (was selling for someone). They were patient when I made a mistake and guided me through on what to do. I had a check in no time. Great customer service, great company.
