Feb 02,2025Active and prompt customer service, server response is good, site loads fast, PHP version is 8.2 and above, the move was painless, just give them ftp login and key and the whole site is ported over to the new server. Fair long term pricing and great introductory rate, looking forward to spend at least 10 years with this service.

Jan 29,2025This company suspended one of our domains even when it’s paid until 04/14/2025. I have been trying and begging for the service to be restored but Kumar (supposedly a billing manager) keep asking for another payment related to another domain. I called and customer service said they can’t do anything by phone and I should go back to emails. I emailed once again and they keep asking me to pay. If my domain is paid, why would I pay again!! By doing this they’re doing a huge damage to our nonprofit organization. Literally a scam.
