Oct 25,2023I usually love grey haze. Iv had problems in the past mainly due to delivery companies and grey haze were fast to respond and resolve. However a couple of times now iv had items missing from the box. My last order was missing a huge amount of nic shots (12) and a vape juice i only bought because it was 2 for £10. Im not to fussed about a a small amount when they have so many savings online an are probably the cheapest company, its more the principle, i was ignored but they obviously saw the messages because the next day I received the nic shots but no juice. I have emailed and messaged via facebook and nothing. I put my klarna payment on hold. They haven’t acknowledged me at all. I took photos when I opened it because the box is small enough it’s obvious you wouldn’t have got my whole order in it. I will remove the issue on klarna when they finally respond an likely shop elsewhere now. *EDIT. i first made contact 11th oct. I have just found an email in spam dated 23rd oct. So they have replied its just a shame it took so long. I understand your busy but taking so long to reply is a bit naff. We will see if it gets sorted. Edit-2 grey haze sorted fairly quickly so i will update to 4 stars.

Website for ordering was misleading, we was 2 boxes of prefilled pods short, when I placed my order I chose the crystal mod with the drop down arrow that let me choose a flavour, put 2 mods in my basket with a flavour and its these pods I never received, good job I also ordered 4 extra boxes as I would be left stuck.

Oct 24,2023I ordered the wrong nic strength and returned the order to their postal address for a replacement of the correct nic strength I should have ordered. After waiting a week, nothing had landed on my doormat, so I called them up to see what was going on with my order. It appears the contact postal address on their website was out of date, after speaking with Grey Haze Customer Services, the correct order, including nic strength, arrived 24 hours later! If something's not right, give them a call & they'll sort it out.
