Moreover, your statement about my interaction with your customer service agent is both misleading and infuriating. While I may have expressed frustration, your claim of "name-calling and abusive behavior" is an exaggeration. It seems your team is more focused on playing the victim card rather than providing genuine assistance to a paying customer.
