Jan 29,2025I’ve had Groff’s work on my family’s cars and my pick up trucks for the past few years. They have always done very good work but most importantly to me they treat me very well. They are patient and thorough when answering my questions. I think the bottom line is I’ve yet to leave there feeling I could have done better at a different shop.

Oct 24,2024I had a radiator that had to be replaced a few years ago, and just recently noticed a small leak on my driveway. They have a 3-year warranty, and I asked if they could take a look at it. They got me in quickly and repaired the leak under warranty (a fitting was loose, probably from hitting a tumbleweed). In the end, no cost to me and they got my car up and running leak free.

Oct 16,2024Unbelievable customer service. Our car literally quit in the middle of the road on Powers and we had to call for a tow to Groff's to find out what happened. Since it was a drop off we expected to wait days for diagnosis and repair but it was done by next morning! Great people who have a heart. Been in business 68 years!

Aug 02,2024Just pointing out thing .You guys didn't put my steer wheel cover back on it was sitting in passage floor board. took cover off under front dif and did not put back on . which you still have . it was 2010 jeep Cherokee. The diagnosis fee was fine. I just don't understand why they didn't put everything back together. Would like to take it back to you and put all back together.

Never did any repairs without checking with us first. This isn't the first time we've used Groffs. They are the only ones I trust for my auto repairs. Great group of people. They know what they're doing.
