Feb 10,2025They keep me informed n answer most questions. However, I must have Mi's-understood the process. I thought you would deposite the money into my bank n I could pay them all off at once. THEN, make payments to your company, withdrawals from my bank monthly to repay you. I didn't know it would take so long to do this, Monthly, and drag on. 😢

Feb 04,2025Overall so far so good. I am worried I have seen no movement on the 2 Capital One accounts, or the Apple Card (Goldman Sachs) accounts. ALso, Th eapple card took a $189.00 payment in January from my checking that I did not authorize. Did you have anything to do with that?
