Dec 18,2024The program is different than I originally thought. Slower than I thought. Representatives are very nice overall and help with any questions. I wish they had followed thru the initial pitch promises on speeding up the credit building. Now it will be approx 2+ years before I see light for my credit score.

Dec 11,2024If I could, I would give them a 0. I have been waiting for a placeholder call back for an 1 1/2. Can't get an explanation why after 16 months not all of my debt has been consolidated. I called for a monthly update and they are trying to up my payment every month by $50 after they said my payment amount would not go up.
