Aug 09,2020I would not recommend Gutter Logic of Rochester/Buffalo. Had gutters installed in June 2020 and have had water leaking between the gutters and the house every time it rains. Sheets of water comes through, which then pools at the base of the house. Installation was obviously done poorly. I've been trying to get it fixed for two months and they don't return calls. Once they said that they would send someone out to take a look and they didn't show. Terrible service, I'm really unhappy that after paying thousands of dollars I'm left with this problem.

Aug 04,2020I'm sure you could find a cheaper company, but I'm not sure you could find a better company. I would choose Gutter Logic again in a heartbeat. My estimate was on a Tuesday. My gutters were installed on Thursday. The crew was on time and worked almost nonstop until the job was done. BONUS POINTS because they love dogs.

Aug 03,2020The work was a little sloppy. Dirty hand prints left on our newly painted house that they did not clean off. The silicone at the joints was over applied and oozing out. This will guarantee dirt collection over the years as silicone attracts dirt. They also were not very creative in the gutter install. We have many different roof pitches and overhangs that present a challenge. Our previous gutters were installed very to produce very clean lines (appearance). I had to show them pictures of the tricky areas and have them redo their work. They are to come back and clean up the dirt hand prints on the fresh paint, but a week has gone by and no one has arrived or called

Jul 30,2020My garage's right-side gutter had fallen off, and after calling Gutter Logic, they returned my call promptly and set up a consultation. After the consultation, I agreed to the terms, and in less than a week the Gutter Logic team arrived to fix our gutter. After an hour, the job was complete. We are very satisfied. Any future gutter jobs on our property will go to Gutter Logic. Thank you.

Jul 29,2020My gutter project went along pretty seamless. The first appointment was set up very fast and I received my estimate and an explanation of what to expect. The installers ran into an unexpected problem, but gave me a quick remedy as to how to fix it. They were great ! The rest of the installation was great, swift and on time. Jul 28,2020Beware!!!! This is a total scam operation. The salesman will claim that their gutter solution will solve all the problems associated with the gutters and will not tell you that the real source of the problem is the roof, not the gutter! Then, after you pay $7K to install their gutter cover and the gutter still leak the same, the company will send another person who will disclaim everything that the salesperson said, claim that the sales person dos not represent the company, claim that, within 1 minutes the problem is still your problem to fix because the problem was caused by the roof not the gutter. You would be a fool to engage with this company!
