Gwynnie Bee helped me gain my confidence back after having a baby and losing myself in the "I just want to be comfortable" phase where you don't care as much about your appearance. They gave me options where I could feel comfortable and still look like a million bucks without having to put too much effort in. I get compliments on my clothes all the time and everyone loves my style. The subscription is priceless to me.
I love this service! I have been a member for over 7 years I have rented close to 1500 garments. I love setting up a virtual closet and wearing beautiful clothes and sending them back all for one low monthly price. I love that I have the option of purchasing the item if I choose to. Customer service is phenomenal this company is amazing!
I had been a fan of Gwynnie Bee, but they have been an utter failure this holiday season. Like a lot of people, I have a Christmas party every day of this week. I knew holiday party week was coming, so I returned my last items early (Dec.10&11). It's now Dec. 19th. I have not received a new shipment, nor has a the next shipment shipped out. With the weekend and holiday coming up, I think it is realistic to guess that I will not have had a Gwynnie Bee item in hand from Dec. 11 until Dec. 26 (or 27th? 28th? 2019?). That is, literally, the two weeks of the year when this service would provide the most value to me. Total disappointment. Epic failure for holiday dresses.
I love Gwynnie Bee and have been a member for 3 years now. I love it because it enables me to have an ever changing and constantly updated wardrobe without the cost of constantly buying new clothes. I can get casual jeans, dresses for a night out, and unique workwear. I'm always getting compliments and when I find a piece I love, I can buy it for less than the suggested retail price. The one issue I have with GB is the inability to pause my account or put it on hold. I've been a loyal member since 2015 and I've even managed to earn a garment upgrade for life but the only way to put a membership on hold is to cancel it completely - meaning I would lose my upgrade and my carefully curated closet. Other subscription services allow the ease and convenience of pausing an account for a month or so, so why not Gwynnie Bee?
I love Gwynnie Bee and have received so many compliments from the clothes sent to me. However, there are some practices that I wish would be improved by the service. I notice that when an item is sent to me, there is a given price set for the item, I could potentially buy the item at that set price but I don't know if it fits me, how comfortable it is, etc until it arrives. It takes about 2 days to arrive from the shipping notification, and then by the 3rd or 4th day, the price goes up drastically the longer I keep the item. I understand this might be because the value of the item goes down with every use, but I honestly only wear the item once, I request it in advance to wear the item for a specific occasion coming up and by the time I wear it one day and want to purchase it, the price has gone up so significantly that I don't end up purchasing the item. i'm not talking weeks, but more like days of receiving the item. It is jarring and I feel like I'm being extorted somehow for more money for an item, so I don't end up buying it. I would honestly buy more items if I didn't see these price increases within days of receiving it. I also would remove items from your inventory that have such a long wait list that you can't actually add them to your closet. It's more frustrating for customers to see beautiful dresses and clothing for items that they can't add to their closet yet than to just not be aware of it until you have more in stock. Other than that, I love this service and feel so much more confident in my clothing style because of you all Gwynnie Bee. Thank you for restoring my body confidence and self love. Sincerely, Suzanna
I appreciate having new dresses every now and then. I have been dieting and this works better than buying new clothes every time I go down a size. I bought some bigger sizes because the bargains were just too great and now I have to have then altered.
I've been a member of Gwynnie Bee since August of 2014. The quality and reliability of this service has been excellent. The items that I have rented (and purchased!) through this company have always met high standards with consistency. I have been a faithful member for 4 years and have recommended it to many people who would also benefit from it. There are so many styles and sizes available, that there's almost something for everyone. My only two ideas for improvement would be: *to offer a single, one-time, one-item upgrade using reward points and not having to pay additional money out of pocket and *to offer ALL sizes, and when expanding size ranges offered, do it for the people who are on the larger end of the spectrum. Smaller sizes don't need expansion, they literally have every option available to them. Sizes past the 30s, 40s...those people exist, too.
I love Gwynniebee. It gives me a lot of choices that I wouldn’t normally have.
Gwynnie Bee has been an amazing find! Saw ad on a Trusted News station and have never turned back. It was amazing from the beginning and I have a closet with many unique beautiful items i invested in. The quality of items and many options with real customer picture reviews (good or not) helps the experience so much more. The monthly price is absolutely worth it. It's like Christmas in a box with tissue paper and the works- it is such an easy process. Also, the trust is truly amazing - i had a return package in the back of my car for 3 weeks that i forgot to drop in mail and Gwynnie Bee still sent me another item without penalty. The compliments i get at work do not go unnoticed. I love Gwynnie Bee -I have been with them two years! For never trying any company with this type of service especially catering to a plus size openly on TV at that time- was my in. I don't have to go out and try clothes on for hours and 8 different stores. I can do in the privacy of my home. Way to go Gwynnie Bee- your business practice is one that has captured my heart!
Feeling like the quality has gone down some. Too many items that are basically the same.
Using this service has made it possible to try on styles I’d never think I could pull off. I’ve had the opportunity to wear designer dresses that are outside my price range and look fabulous. I have also purchased many items at discounted prices and it’s awesome! I’ve used this service for over two years and recommended it to a countless number of friends. I absolutely love it!
Excellent product. The business model is clever and mutually beneficial. I save tons of money from shopping less, and everyone thinks I’m the best dressed person and asks if they can raid my closet. Their customer service has always been prompt, courteous and pleasant. I’ve used this service for years now, and am extremely satisfied.

Aug 23,2019Overall great. I have been using it since my pregnancy 3 years ago, as my sizes were shifting a lot. I felt so beautiful. Then they expanded their sizing, and I just went on with my membership. They always respond promptly and their costumer service is prompt and overall costumer friendly. Whenever something wrong happens they do their best to make it up to you. It is rare to have something go wrong. Usually when it happens (which were just a few times) is clothing that smelled funky or had a worn off tired appearance. Only one time a blouse came unsown. They promptly shipped another garment. Turn around time for shipping is great. And their website is also great and user friendly.
