Love GB. Their selection is phenomenal and their quality is top notch. I have bought many of the items I rented simply because the fit was perfect, it was exactly the right piece, and i hated to send it back. Their service is excellent and they've quickly answered any questions that i have asked.
The quality has gone down over time, I don’t receive clothes in a timely manner and the styles are all the same.

I wish shipping was a bit faster, u can use the return feature but sometimes still takes 5 to 7 days to ship out. I think pricing for the monthly subscription is fair. On your website i wish when u are in your closet u click on something and go back i wish it would stay there and u could continue. I have 1000 things in my closet and always takes u back to the beginning which is very irritating. For the upgrades, i wish if u wanted to do the 12 month that could be made in payments or split up in 3. I do appreciate the size advisor and all reviews from current subscribers. I think it is a good mix of clothing. I have really enjoyed this past year being a member. Thank you
I love having so much choice and freedom in designing my dream wardrobe with Gwynnie Bee. I equally wear a piece and return it, try it on and decide it isn’t quite right, or fall in love and keep it forever. I end up saving a lot of money, too.
A lot of brands I’ve discovered through this service are no longer partnering with them, which is frustrating. I am locked in at a low rate but I have heard it’s very expensive for new customers now. And a big reason I joined in the first place was the rent to own option, but many of the items seem too low quality to invest in — like they’ve been laundered too many times? Or are totally out of my price point. While I understand I can’t know ahead of time the cost of an item, maybe they can be bucketed like $, $$, $$& for example so I don’t closet things with the intention of purchasing them if they are beyond my price point.
I love getting the clothes, but they tend to be WAY overpriced. Also mostly dresses, the pants are almost always too long. There is supposed to be a person to help with styles, and they are NEVER available...???
I would give Gwynnie Bee 5 stars but here recently I'm questioning how much longer I will continue my service due to the lack of on hand quantities you have now in the sizes since going to all sizes and not continuing just 10 and up. It was nice knowing it was just about us bigger girls. I have also noticed turnaround times have dropped. Other than that this is awesome including the few times I've had to call.
Great service! It takes a little practice to train the size advisor but once i got it right, everything fits perfectly. Fun selection and you can try new things.
Easy to use app. Great selection of clothes. Easy returns. I have ended up purchasing many items and have been very pleased with the cost and quality.
GB has given me a great opportunity to try styles I never would have tried otherwise. It's even changed my personal style as I found things I looked good in that were new to me. I also love variety so this gives me a chance to add to my wardrobe without filling my closet. The pluses are that they often have a good selection in my size. I have gotten compliments on items I've worn. I have loved some items enough that I've bought them. The items arrive in great wearable condition. The one time I had to talk to customer service (for an item lost in the mail), they resolved it quickly with no fuss in 2 minutes (literally). It's also great for special occasions when you need something dressy you'll only wear once. The only complaints I have is that the turnaround on shipping new items out sometimes seems very slow to me, often longer than a week. And that there seem to be a lot of similar styles. I wish there were more variety (fewer floral prints!).

Honestly I like most of the fashions you provide, giving me lots of options which I like, but I feel that once you select your closet, you often will not receive many of the items chosen. Items that you may select to wear at a certain occasion don't come within the time frame. I selected several pieces when I first enrolled. Even though they were on my priority list, they were never received.

I really love Gwinnie Bee, I get to try different styles at an affordable price! My only complaint is when PURCHASING an item, why must I wait until a RENTAL item is being sent out...?
I love being able to try styles that I ordinarily wouldn't buy, but as I'm advancing in my career I find that there are not enough high quality classic looks that are appropriate for my position. I would like to see fewer trendy items like fit and flare dresses, and more tailored looks like sheath dresses and blazers. Also over the past year, the turnaround time to get new boxes has dropped significantly. Even with return notify, I've been without a box for as long as a week, so I feel like I'm not getting as much value. I've thought about canceling, but because I love having access to so many things in my size, I'm willing to hang in a little longer in hopes that they get a more efficient fulfillment process in place.
I love the program. I have bought many of the items that come my way but also enjoy wearing something different for a day and sending it back. The app is also super easy to use
I love Gwynnie Bee. I recommend it to people all the time. I think it is a MUST HAVE for any professional plus size woman. I have tried other similar services and ha TERRIBLE experiences. Lately, the clothing has become a bit redundant (too many similarly styles and colored pieces) and the price is going up in a way that isn't sustainable for me, but I have been with them for over 3 years and still recommend to others.

Shipping is really easy back and forth except for a month or so recently there was a glitch and my packages were delayed and I was getting one item in a shipment instead of two (I am on the 2 item plan). Customer service is top notch and I always get a prompt email response to my questions or concerns. I love how new clothes and brands are added multiple times per week. I get many compliments at work about my clothing when I wear a GB piece. I always feel confident in a GB outfit because they are in season, on trend and never worn out. I only wear dresses so GB expands my options every week.
