Oct 23,2018Love the fact that I can receive clothes for the Plus sized woman and send them back. The only complaint I have is the smell of the clothes when they arrive. It's very strong, but figured it was from the cleaning process or where they are stored, but not so much of a problem that it's a deal breaker.

Oct 22,2018As this service becomes more popular the variety isn't as good as it once was. Occasionally the clothes seem more than gently used. I would like to see some higher end choices as well.

Oct 22,2018Satisfied member. I am a business professional with a public facing job and I do not like to shop. GB makes it so I can select things, try them, and send them back if i don't like them. If I choose, I can purchase for a relatively low cost. I have purchased about 15 pieces over many years of being with GB. They are efficient preparing and sending the next box, minimizing time without new clothes. I get compliments often. Good value overall.

Oct 21,2018I've been using Gwynnie Bee for 4 years now. I don't know how to get dressed without it! Most of the clothes fit well and are good quality. Occasionally I will get something that you won't wear but it is rare.

Oct 21,2018I love the service, not only do I get new clothes on a frequent basis, I have the opportunity to try brands that I cannot find in my hometown. Plus, I look different than others in my town, since I shop elsewhere! Great value for the products received.

Oct 21,2018Gwynnie Bee has been a good value for the money. I like having the variety in my wardrobe and the ability to wear items before buying them and then getting them at a discounted cost. The free cleaning is an added bonus. The selection of clothing is good and almost everything I get sent to me fits. Customer service - when I’ve rarely needed it - is polite and effecient. My only issue has been keeping up with returning items timely on my end. I live in an apartment so have to take the packages to the post office to return them and I just don’t get around to doing it very quickly. Thus I sometimes feel like I am not getting the most for my money out of the service.

Oct 21,2018I've used Gwynnie Bee for about two years now, and I plan to continue for the foreseeable future! It's one of the few things I splurge on, but I enjoy it because it allows me to try out new clothes nearly every week and keeps my closet from getting boring. It's also allowed me to not have to buy clothes that I might only wear for rare occasions, like weddings, showers, and job interviews. I like the majority of the clothes that I am sent, and they generally fit me. I also make sure I spend time curating my "closet" frequently, so that I only have items in it that are season appropriate. I've never had any need to contact them for customer service, so I cannot speak to that. I would definitely recommend.

Oct 20,2018The clothes has an old rust smell, sometimes it's too bad too wear. Takes too long to get the next box, don't keep good inventory of the clothes that I sent back. need more tunic tops for work, need pants, short and long.

Oct 20,2018I love your clothes, I can get name brand and don't have to step foot in a store. I also love that it is free shipping both ways and that my name is already on the bag when I returned it. I love that when I put the clothes on I get so much compliment about my outfit it doesn't matter what type of outfit I'm wearing weather it's a dress or skirt and top I always feel confident in whatever I put on. Thanks

Oct 20,2018I like the option Gwynnie Bee gives the shopper a chance to select clothes that you like, get the correct size, add and delete items, etc. We wear the items and then ship them back and keep what we want to purchase. I just wish that some of the items would be a little cheaper in price considering they have been worn.
