Oct 27,2018I have loved the service for 2 years. During that time I’ve only had a few problems but nothing that would make me want to leave. My lower price has been locked in for me, but it upsets me that if I did want to upgrade my service I would have to pay the current much higher price for the service. So to me, that means they don’t really want me to upgrade because if they kept all the original rates I probably would have upgraded by now. What I do like: the clothes are always clean, no major signs of wear and tear, and usually the reviews from clients are on point. What I don’t like: the upgrade point I just made, the prices to buy the clothes can be a bit high so I rarely purchase unless they go to clearance, and when I order from clearance the clothes may not be as pictured - I ordered a pretty dress for my 30th Birthday and literally cried when I saw that what I got was not what the picture looked like (probably why it was on clearance and non-returnable)!! I still won’t leave the service because I do like the clothes and I’ve learned to read alllllll reviews!

Oct 27,2018I love the whole concept of Gwynnie Bee. As someone who is in the process of losing weight, it doesn't make sense to buy clothes until I reach my goal size. Gwynnie Bee allows me to have a varied wardrobe without having to purchase items that will eventually be too big. I have been a member for over a year and I still enjoy the experience. My only bit of constructive criticism would be the following: 1) The chemical used to dry-clean the clothes does not have a very pleasant smell. It doesn't smell oppressively bad, but it doesn't smell good either. 2) I wish there were more dress and blouse options with longer sleeves. Due to scarring on my arms, I do not wear sleeveless or short sleeves. I prefer 3/4 or long sleeves. 3) Many times I like an item, add it to my closet and "prefer" it, hoping to increase my chances of receiving it. Far too often, I never do. :( Overall, I am very pleased. Thanks Gwynnie Bee!

Oct 27,2018When I first joined, the selection was great and the items came promptly. As time as gone in, selection has dwindled, it takes forever to get items, I’ve gotten things that are stained and ripped, and I’m not happy.

Oct 27,2018Most of the items have a v-neck and/or prints. Also, the items have to be aired out due to a slight smell from the dry cleaning.

Oct 27,2018I enjoy the service very much, and they try their best to ship new rentals quickly. My only complaint is that I'd like to scale back the subscription for a bit, but it costs $49 a month just for one item a month rental - that's kind of crazy!

Oct 27,2018I love Gwynnie beer , I get constant compliments on my clothes . I always have something new to wear , and I can change sizes as I loss weight . It’s the best way to look great as a plus size woman . I am so excited that they carry regular sizes now as well ❤️❤️❤️

Oct 27,2018Great way to test different brands without investing in a new wardrobe. Options can feel basic and uninspiring during certain times of the year. Wish that I had more control over what was sent to me, and more variety in clothing styles and silhouettes. Also, you should you desire to buy at-home items, you can find most of them for better prices sold new at stores like Macy's.

Oct 27,2018Shipping issues are rare. Sometimes garments arrive damaged. This is also rare. Service is great. Problems are quickly resolved.

Oct 26,2018I honestly love the service. It has been a wonderful help as I continue my weight loss journey. Some suggestions that I would share is to add more business attire. There is an overwhelming number of dress choices but suits, business pants and non-boxy blouses are lacking.

Anytime my boxes get lost with USPS there are no questions asked from Gwynnie Bee and they clear out my items so that new ones can be sent to me. Overall - they're a great company that produces a quality product.

Oct 25,2018Gwynnie Bee changed my style for the better. I have freedom to try styles that I would have never given a second thought to trying! My closet is no longer filled with clothes I wore once. Because my weight fluctuates, I like that when my size changes, I can still get stylish clothing without spending a fortune!

Oct 27,2018Long time customer I've been a customer for many years and their customer service had been outstanding. I've only received 1 incorrect item, and that was when they were first starting out. It's a great service for someone who doesn't want to shop but also doesn't want to wear the same dress for the rest of her life.
