Nov 26,2023Stitching on the vest is not great, there are loose ends and it is frayed in many spots. As a first timer to this kind of equipment there are no instructions on how to securely fit the metal plates or adjust the straps. I would happily buy again but expect better quality.

The equipment I ordered ran smoothly through the supply chain almost a day ahead of schedule. So far the gym I purchased assembled as per plan. Nov 22,2023The last pull down knee bar is what it says, however be mindful that it is only compatible with particular safeties on the Force Use rack so make sure you check which ones you have! I didn't check and caused myself problems, however, Adam from Gym and Fitness was an absolute dead set legend and helped me work through returning my purchase and then sorting me out with the correct parts I needed to get my rack where I wanted it to be. Absolute 5 star customer service and I will be back next time I need some gear.

Nov 21,2023Hi, I received an email stating that a piece of equipment that I was interested in had been restocked and was now available for purchase. I purchased the product and received a confirmation email stating that the purchase was successful. Gym and Fitness proudly say that they ship on the same say. After a week, I had not received the shipping details, so I reached out. A couple of days later, I received an email stating that there had been a mix-up and the equipment was actually not in stock. The equipment was estimated to arrive back in stock in approximately 6 weeks. I have purchased other equipment from Gym and Fitness previously without any concerns. I was happy with the price, it was very competitive. Just disappointed, I was expecting to recive my purchase quickly and was excited to use the equipment. Now there will be a lengthy wait.

Nov 20,2023The product is well made and worth the $. It is comfortable to wear and adjusts to the individuals size very easy. The only downside to the plate carrier is were the plates sit in the vest, the plates sit very low and slides when using the vest. Hopefully an updated version will address this design flaw, I’ve had to modify the vest myself so the plates sit high in the vest and doesn’t impede its use. I’m using the 4.5kg plates. Good product for myself although I can’t recommend until the above is addressed. Thanks
