Nov 09,2023My Assault bike classic arrived quickly, unfortunately the 2 moving arms are rusty! On a brand new piece of equipment. I asked for a replacement bike or refund which has been refused. Instead they have offered to replace the rusty parts. Currently waiting with an unusable piece of equipment and big box sitting in my house.

Nov 09,2023Shipping is always fast and affordable compared to competitors, for example competitors usually try to beat prices and charges an outrageous amount for shipping. Gym and fitness shipping rates for me have never been huge and I have bought racks, weights and fitted out a whole gym and still always reasonably priced.

Oct 31,2023I was a little skeptical purchasing from a store outside of my state online, especially when the item was expensive but Gym and Fitness really did go above and beyond. I made some queries in relation to price matching a competitor who had the item cheaper and could send it to me for less freight. These guys not only matched it but included shipping in the matched price! Upon receiving the item I noticed one of the parts had paint missing near a bolt hole due to rough machining during manufacturing. I sent a photo to Gym and Fitness via email and a replacement part was at my door in 2 days. They really did a great job and deserve the highest rating.
