Oct 15,2024Hi! I had the Gastric Sleeve surgery last two weeks ago on 02.10.2024 in Gozde International Hospital at OzelSaglik. It was a very good experience and the operation was successful thanks to Dr. Mehmet Deniz which is the best surgeon I ever met and I highly recommend him for those who want to change they’re lifestyle and body shape. Also the nurses was very kind, carefully and helping me a lot when needed. I feel very good after only two weeks from the surgery. I want to say thank you to Victor, the coordinator of Dr.Mehmet Deniz team, which is very, very nice person. He explained me everything step by step and if I had questions he always gave me the answers I expected to. A big thank you to all team!❤️🙏

Oct 15,2024Hotel: 5 Punkte VIP Klink: 5 Punkte Klink: 2 Punkte (Hygene und OP Saal, Begleitung Sofa!) Ärzte und Pfleger: 5 Punkte Betreuung: 2 Punkte Kaum ist man aus der Klink raus meldet meldet sich die Betreuerin nicht mehr. Obwohl es in Deutschland noch hieß man sei bei Problemen etc. 1 Jahr erreichbar. Sehr enttäuschend!

Oct 14,2024On the 23rd of sept I had my revision rhinoplasty! Was a super experience and my surgeon was Dr serkan Gokpinar so kind warm and Talented! My nose was in a bad was after previous surgery in Uk! I was very very uptight and he made me feel at ease! Piril consultant was super from beginning to end 🩷 Thanku. I’ve messaged my surgeon also Afew times and he gets back to u Asap .

Oct 11,2024Absolutely brilliant well cared for from first contact .. devrim was my co ordinator and assured all my worrying questions and made me feel at ease very easy process to book not complicated at all ..thank you devrim. .gastric sleeve went well economy hospital well cared for by nurses and surgeon dr ergin arslan couldn’t fault him and made sure everything was running smoothly before I got discharged

Oct 10,2024My experience was great from start to finish, from booking myself in for surgery with Piril's help, to receiving the itinerary from Selin, getting there with airport transfer to the hotel, then transfer to hospital where I met Victor who helped me through my stay by translating, explaining the procedures and answering my questions, my excellent nutritionist Çisil and last, but not least, meeting my wonderful surgeon, Dr. Mehmet Deniz. What they do very well, I believe, is that they put people/patient's first and this makes everything run as a very well oiled machine. Communication was excellent and my eventual questions or needs were always anticipated. My praise also goes to the wonderful nursing staff who were very helpful and efficient. All through my stay in hospital and afterwards, I felt very well looked after and I send yet another virtual "thank you" to everyone!

Oct 09,2024Vom ersten Kontakt mit Guydu Cabaz bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt 👌 ❤️Sie ist jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr sehr hilfsbereit und ein richtig lieber Mensch💞 Besonders möchte ich Dr. Gökpinar danken, dass er meine Nase perfekt und nach meinem Wunsch operiert hat!❤️ Ich kann ihn aus großer Überzeugung weiterempfehlen! Auch die Mitarbeiter im Hotel, der Shuttle -Service, die Zimmer und das Pflegepersonal im Krankenhaus verdienen 5 Sterne !!! Oct 08,2024I researched and researched for around 2 n half years finally paid deposit to these and was happy I finally chose, then I found out I was pregnant so had to contact my coordinator Piril who said its fine and once I'm 6 months PP I could have it done Fast forward to 6 month after I had my boy I finally paid for my flights and then it became real Flew out alone and first time ever going abroad I was excited/scared. Picked up from the airport in a mini bus with other people having the op done (wasn't a luxury car that I was told it would be) that tol us to the hotel for the night till the next morning when we had all the pre ops done these were very good and indepth so I felt reassured then after having these done at the premium hospital we was took to the economy one wow what a difference that was the hospital was clean enough and the room was nice but the local area did scare me a little as there was buildings half missing lots of stray animals and just looked very run down. After paying for the surgery at the front desk we all was took to our rooms for the endoscopy which you were sedated for and didn't feel a thing Waiting till 7pm for my surgery which wasn't great but wasn't too bad as I just slept Woke up after op just slightly gassy but no pain whatsoever was up and walking few hours after my op Nurses were lovely and spoke good English I could understand all of them which was good was good on pain meds always asked did I want some. Went home early as was missing my kids too much which was horrendous so paid for a different flight just to get home 🏡

Our medical consultant, Ms. Pırıl Ece Durak, was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, ensuring clear and transparent communication. Thanks to her efficient approach, we were able to quickly schedule the procedure for September 11, 2024. The arrangements for transportation, hotel, and the hospital facilities were well-organized, and the surgery itself went smoothly. However, one area for improvement is the communication with the nursing staff, as they had very limited English skills, which led to some misunderstandings. Addressing this would greatly enhance the experience for international patients. Despite this, Ms. Durak, along with Dr. Mehmet Deniz and his team, provided exceptional support throughout the process. Hats off to their professionalism and dedication! Overall, we highly recommend Gözde International Hospitals to anyone considering medical treatment in Turkey.

Oct 07,2024The best experience I could have had. From the very beginning the clinic did not disappoint. The wonderful consultant Piril guided us through the entire preparation process for the procedure. She answered every question, doubts I never waited long for an answer. It was as promised, transport, hospital, hotel and care at a wonderful level. Dr.Serkan Gökpinar warm, friendly and without words understood my problem. I do not hide that even though only a dozen or so days have passed since the procedure I can already see a wonderful result. If I had to choose again? Only Gözde International in Izmir Why did I choose Dr. Serkan Gökpinar? because he is primarily an Otorhinolaryngologist and has extensive knowledge in this field! I recommend with all my heart. Oct 06,2024I went to gozde international hospital (premium) my surgeon was dr.ismail. I could not of wished for anything better. Right from the beginning of booking my surgery with my coordinator fitnat who was and still is very helpful. She even came to see me after surgery! The hospital was beautiful and clean, all the team on my floor were amazing, nothing was to much trouble! The girls that translate were not just there to translate they will help any chance they can. One held my hand as I was put to sleep for my endoscopy as I was nervous. Pure angels!! Couldn't recommend enough. 🤍

Oct 02,2024I had gastric sleeve surgery at Ozel Saglik hospital with Dr Mehmet Deniz. I cannot recommend highly enough. The experience from the very start, and all the way through has been perfect. My coordinator Mert has been fantastic, answered all my questions leading up the the surgery, came to visit me in the hospital, and is still checking up on me after the surgery to make sure I am ok. Selin, the travel coordinator has been fantastic too, ensuring our stay went smoothly. Ceren, the coordinator at the hospital, and all the staff and nurses were also fantastic. So attentive and caring throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, kept us informed every step of the way, and answered all questions. And last but not least, Dr Mehmet Deniz, fantastic surgeon, such a kind and caring man too. Visited me every day following my surgery and generally cared about how I was doing. I wouldn’t have wanted my surgery with anyone else. He is the best around in my opinion! If you’re thinking about weightloss surgery, this is the place to go. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Here’s to a new me ❤️

Oct 01,2024I had devrim for my co ordinator he was brilliant and came to meet us while in the hospital. Dr mehmet deniz was my surgeon, he was brilliant, came and saw me everyday since the opp and also gave me the choice of staying in the hospital or going to the hotel but we chose to stay in the hospital. his team was lovely, ceren the co ordinator helped us and did the pre ops with us too she was lovely, and the nurses too! I was very scared but they were very reassuring. I'm now home and on the start to my new healthy lifestyle with the help of Dr mehemt and his team! thankyou all so much for being there and doing my surgery! xx

Oct 01,2024The experience has been clear and concise from the very first enquiry. Communication has been speedy and everything that was discussed was provided. The premium hospital was immaculate. The surgeon, Dr Mehmet Deniz, was brilliant. My procedure went very smoothly and I saw him at least x5 over a 3 day stay. The nursing staff were super efficient and helpful. The stars of the show are the coordinators. They made this potentially nerve wracking journey feel safe and secure. I felt very seen and heard and well looked after. Given the language barrier they appeared to have anticipated and were prepared for most inquiries, in addition to this I received regular check ins (in person and via WhatsApp) to ensure that everything was running smoothly, welcome any questions and report any concerns.

Oct 15,2024Did loads of research on different companies but kept coming back to this one! Very trustworthy, everything ran very smoothly. My coordinator I used was Yunus Emre and he was so helpful! Even post surgery!!!! My surgery was done at baypark instanbul bu Uğur bulut, and he was so friendly and kind! Along with all the other staff at the hospital. Everything happened as they said it would, was very pleased how smooth everything went.
