Nov 14,2024Ich muss mich ganz speziell bei Duygu Cabaz bedanken für alles. Die hat das super toll organisiert.Ich konnte mich vor der Reise sowie danach immer an Sie wenden und die ist immer erreichbar gewesen und antwortet schnell. Generell die Ärzte sowie die Mitarbeiter sind super lieb und freundlich. Ich habe nur etwas negatives und zwar, dass im Hotel Nachts sehr sehr laut war , weil dort Nachts Bauarbeiten waren an der Straße, die Nachts durchgeführt werden mussten, da Tags die Straßen frei sein mussten für den Verkehr. Als Kranke hatte ich da nicht besondersviel Ruhe und konnte Nachts kaum schlafen. Aber dafür können die leute ja nichts und wenn alles andere reibungslos gelaufen ist, kann man ne Auge zudrücken. Schließlich gab's von der Stadt dafür eine Genehmigung meinte der Herr an der Hotel Rezeption und das die dafür leider nichts können trotz das die ne Warnung ausgesprochen hatten. Ich war einfach an eine falsche Zeit da und hatte etwas Pech leider. Aber ich würde immer wieder gerne dort hin, sollte ich noch andere Eingriffe in Erwägung ziehen.

Nov 14,2024Dr Serkan Gökpinar ist ein sehr guter Arzt und netter Mensch . Er hat mich von Anfang an sehr gut beraten und mir genaue die schönste passende Nase gemacht. Auch Nachsorge war bei ihm super. Er antwortet mir schnell wenn ich Fragen habe. Ich empfehle ihm an alle meine Freunde weiter! 🙂

Nov 13,2024I recently had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Serkan Gokpinar, I asked for a barbie nose and got exactly what I wanted! He was very accurate with what I wanted and I am so pleased with the result! My patient Co-ordinator - Devrim Umut was so informative to me and kept intouch everyday! He has the sweetest soul and gozde should be very lucky to him as an employee🥰 I wish him all the best and hope to cross paths again aswell as Dr Serkan who was amazing! Nov 13,2024I had gastric sleeve surgery on Thursday 7th November, the time before the surgery all the the staff including the surgeon where extremely helpful and patient and in the recovery period they where 100% professional, attentive and available for anything and everything I needed. Pırıl Ece Durak Is my coordinator and was brilliant helping me book the surgery and was amazing when I was there, I have had many questions since I got home and she has been very attentive at answering them all.

I did the surgery with they, and I don't see any difference in my nose, apart looking blocked all the time, it is better spend little more money and find a better place, they hospital it's not great like they show, reception dirty, air-conditioning don't working, after surgery no more contact, don't even ask how is. I wait more than 7 months to write here to make sure nothing will change in my nose.

Nov 10,2024my coordinator efe was absolutely rubbish I had a few msgs after he got my deposit he wasn't interested I tried to ask him about flights and got fobed off then I sent him one last msg about a discrepancy that was the last I heard from him. premium is deffo not premium I have no idea why they say there are no hidden extras because if you want (the good staples) they are an extra £250 anything else they do is about £500. 2days before I flew out the travel coordinator sent me a msg to tell me my dr wouldn't be available. Not once have either coordinators spoke to me since to ask how I am. The hospital itself is fine but it isn't a private hospital it's one of the city's local hospitals so it is busy the nurses were good some better than others I had to show them the empty IV bags to get them to change them I wouldn't go again as I just felt like now they have the money they don't care.

Nov 08,2024Yigitcan is a very helpful young man , and gozde as a brand I def recommend. Specially if Yigitcan looks after you he’s kind helpful and nothing is to much for him I’ve had the best time coming for a consult with him today I really rate his ethics and work

Nov 08,2024From the minute I booked with Yanas he was so helpful with answering questions and helping me to book the process. On arrival at the hospital I was looked after, the care during and after has been impeccable with Dr Arslan as well as the co ordinator Yanas still checking in that all is okay and answering later queries. All in all my experience was second to none and I would highly recommend anyone considering this surgery chooses Gozde. Thankyou for a wonderful easy experience!

Nov 07,2024Hi everyone I just wanted to share my experience at Gozde international hospital , had my surgery Tuesday the 29th October. I was here last year for a gastric sleeve and this year I Come back for plastics, my surgeon was DR. AHMET ASCIOGLU, can’t recommend him enough , kind and sooo real , he won’t do anything that you don’t need doing , I had tummy tuck with liposuction, as it comes with it and muscles repair . The stay is of 5 nights , 3 nights at the hospital 2 at the hotel provided by them. Honestly the best hospital I ever been , so clean and professional, the staff is amazing, starting with the cleaning team ending with the nurse and surgeons. I was lucky enough to meet Eva , she was so sweet and reassuring, and explained what we were doing and going . Honestly the way they make you feel is like You’re a member of their family, not just a patient. Medications were always on time , and if you needed a nurse , no matter what time of the day or night you would call , they would be there within seconds. I big THANK YOU TO BUSRA she was my coordinator from day 1 last year and she is amazing. Keep checking on me and always there if I have any questions. Thank you Gozde Team , you really changed my life.

Nov 07,2024I loved the care and support received before,during and after my rhinoplasty surgery. My coordinator Yunus Emre Ekici is an angel I couldn’t have been at ease without his continuous support and kindness. My surgeon Dr Serkan Gokpinar is LOVELY and has done an amazing job with my nose without needing much explanation. My nose healed without issues and looks so natural people hardly realised the work I did. 2 months later I LOVE my beautiful cute nose!! Thank you guys for all your help and support throughout the process of my first ever experience having cosmetic surgery. 🤍🤍🤲🏽🤲🏽🤲🏽

Nov 06,2024I went through an operation to cut my stomach and having a history with many problems I experienced pain and bleeding for a few hours which should be replaced with a blood transfusion, in the end everything passed and I felt better What bothered me and my husband is that I was asked for money for the blood and that was only like that if it works, it works, if not, it doesn't, so like in a market, this is not acceptable for a clinic that wants to reputation, I think that someone should put into practice a policy of not abusing the vulnerability of innocent patients.I give a 5 starts for doctor Mehmet Deniz and nurses,but for management jut 3.

Nov 04,2024I found the whole experience from booking the surgery to coming home absolutely spot on. Piril, my coordinator was excellent at answering all my questions pre op and still now post op. The hospital was clean, the staff were amazing, and Dr Arslan was wonderful and came to see me every day to chek on my progress. Cannot fault it one bit. Here's to a new me!! Thank you 😊

Nov 03,2024i had rhinoplasty surgery on gozde on jan 2024 When they remove the caste it was even bigger and i asked them why its so big and deformed at that time they told me that you have to wait until swellig gone. now swelling is gone but my nose is same lengthy and broad and one nostril is different than other and one side of the nose is bigger. he deformed my nose. its more ugly than before. Everytime i saw the mirror i went deep into depression and ask question to my self for this i have waited so long and oppose my family and spend my money and time.. and they said that your skin is hard therefore we cant WTF even if i have crocodile skin they should know about the result before surgery. i should be alert when i saw the deformed doctor nose. don’t try Gozde international hospital

Herrn Dr Serkan Gokpinar ist nicht nur Hoch professionelle OP Chirurgie sondern hat gute Gefühl im Ästhetische Schönheit ❤️🤗 vielen vielen lieben Dank Person des Hospital war 24 std bereit zu helfen ,alle waren sehr freundlich Hotel war sehr modern im sehr gute zentrale Lage und mit Küchenzeile angerichtet Frühstück vielfältig und reichlich Personal des Hotels war sehr sehr nett. Ablauf und Organisation war super super gut Angelika Berlin
