Dec 02,2023I had the most amazing experience with my time here I was very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone. The level of professional and cleanliness can not be matched and is outstanding. My consultant Ceren (Jenna) is an exceptional woman that goes out of her way to make sure that you are informed, comfortable, relaxed and makes your experience as smooth and enjoyable as can be. I couldn't have asked for a better person to share my journey with she is there for you every step of the way and nothing is too much for her. She also puts your worries to ease with her relaxed manner and provides emotional support whilst keeping her professionalism. Without her my journey would have been alot different. My Surgeon Ismail is 5* I can not fault his knowledge and bedside Manor. I went along with a few complications as I had had previous surgery in the UK and he took this in his stride. I felt confident I was in the best hands and I was left with very minimal sacring he is a very talented man and I would happily trust his knowledge, expertise and being on his table again. You really won't find anywhere better.

Dec 02,2023Really fantastic team had my surgery on the 24/11/2023 for a gastric sleeve and lost 5.85kg in the first week so it definitely works and was worth it! My medical co-ordinator Devrim was fantastic at answering all my questions and hope looked after me in the hospital they were both fantastic! The pre-op tests are on a whole other level knock socks off the uk! Extremely quick and efficient no messing about. 10/10 would recommend

Dec 01,2023I had a Rhynoplasty in this hospital with the most lovely doctor I’ve ever had. Its about doctor Damla Ozdemir. Very kind and professional, I had to choose between a few more people but she inspired me the most as all her results on her instagram page are amazing and she adjust to the need of the patient no matter what the patient wants to change. The Hospital is brand new very clean and nice with amazing staff very caring and sweet I felt safe in their hands all the time. The person who helped me with all this info before choosing to do the surgery was a lovely girl named Saida Davlatzoda. She is very sweet and patient, she’ll answer all your doubts and support you through the process and get you very good offers and info. I am planning other surgeries in the future and I still text her as I trust her a lot now. My experience was 10/10!

Nov 30,2023U went for a gastric sleeve in July using gozde international - I went to Özel Sağlık and my surgeon was Dr Mehmet Deniz. Everything went perfect and I have received with zero problems. I would like to thank my coordinator After she's answered all my questions so quickly, she's always been a text away, she has checked up on me since being home I would fully recommend 💕

Nov 30,2023From the booking with Sepideh to arriving in Gozde hospital everything ran smoothly the hospital is fabulous and the rooms are so spacious, I had two interpreters who were fantastic with me and looked after me right till the end, I would recommend Gozde direct .

Nov 29,2023I had my operation on the 26/8/23 and I when I initially contacted the hospital I was assigned Tenno as my Co ordinator, he was so informative and answered all my questions with a friendly manner no matter how trivial it was. Everything that was sent to me in messages was exactly how everything went, from directions for collection at the airport, information about the hotel, pictures sent to describe the hospital, the itinerary for the days I was there, everything went so well. The hotel was excellent clean and staff were so friendly and helpful. I booked the economy hospital and it was very clean, the staff were so helpful, the nurses that took care of me before and after my operation were amazing, they helped with helping my mum get food delivered and also to get taxis to and from the hotel as she didn't stay at the hospital with me. I cannot fault the care that I received at the hospital. My surgeons Dr Kemiskiz and Dr Arslan checked in daily and I felt in safe hands. Everything went smoothly and I would highly recommend Gozde International Hopsital .

Nov 29,2023Booking surgery abroad is never an easy thought however once I had spoken to Batu who became my coordinator my mind was instantly put at ease. I had never had surgery before so arranging surgery abroad was a massive thing for me. My whole experience was flawless, the hotel and hospital in Izmir is spotless and the staff are very attentive. I felt 100% safe and I am the most anxious person ever. The operation went to plan , no complications and I flew home 4 days after. My operation has changed my life, my only regret is not doing it sooner.

Nov 29,2023Lots of communication before flying out, picked up from the airport on time - hotel was nice. Hospital staff were friendly and very efficient with the pre-tests. Hospital was good , communication was good but did need translator a few times. Checked on regularly and well looked after.

Nov 29,2023I first got in touch with a lovely lady called Cahide who helped with every little detail from information about the surgery to booking the dates I wanted. There was no trouble in anything I asked all my questions were answered in as much detail as possible which put me at ease. I cant recommend this company or Cahide enough she helped me from the start and is still helping me through everything now.

Nov 28,2023I traveled to Gozde Hospital from the uk for a gastric sleeve and can not fault my experience at all. My coordinator Alp explained the whole process to me before I arrived and answered any questions I had. The hotel and hospital were clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I have since recommended Gozde to several of my friends.

Nov 28,2023Weight loss surgery is something that has been at the back of my mind. Going from diet after diet and losing and putting all back plus more. Never thought of going private and another country was always daunting. But after reaching 50 and not getting any lighter things had to change for health before there was no turning back. My wife had researched and found Dr Mehmet Deniz and though originally I was going to be a companion and see the results she talked me in to having this surgery at the same time. Was great to be able to support each other. We had to liase with an coordinator Yunus who was great and helped us through thd process of booking place a deposit and secure a date with no waiting we got the dates we wanted. Fabulous team, luxury Hospital, lots of tests and a wirwind of a first day with surgery that day so be prepared. its all important to be able to recover in hospital and hotel. Plus transits thrown in. You would not get this level of care and attention to detail in the UK NHS or Private and the cost was so manageable. One thing beaware this is private care and everything has a cost so budget for extras if found in the tests. I had a hiatus hernia repair and my wife had Gall bladder removal these cost extra.

Nov 28,2023Excellent customer communication. Always at the end of the phone for any advice and support. Once in the hospital which was immaculate, staff were helpful and everything was regimented and organised . Very thorough examination before surgery and after care was outstanding. Now I’m home I still have communication weekly . I’m very pleased with the results too. Highly recommended.

Nov 28,2023I had been searching for a long time to go have my gastric sleeve and I had found gozde international hospital the communication was perfect was treated with good respect and until travelling and getting there stayed in contact they answered every question and gave me the positive energy and was absolutely amazing when got there transport was waiting had taken us to the hospital the service was good the checks went perfectly fine and I would like to thank my surgeon Mr mehmet kamiksiz for the procedure and I would also like to thank cahhide doga for the support and help even after the surgery I arrived back to the uk any questions or issue I have I do contact them and they answer me immediately but they are a brilliant hospital and people thank you very much Mariam
