Feb 17,2025I could not be happier with my results following my recent procedure - extended tummy tuck with liposuction. I am now 12 weeks post op so I figured this would be the best time to give my review. The whole process was seamless, through initial inquiry with Devrim, to booking and arriving at hospital. Devrim was so great in answering any questions I had prior to booking the procedure, nothing was too much to ask. Dr Ahmet Ascioglu was very friendly and informative during my pre operative testing and put me at ease for the procedure. Erva was also on hand every day to help with any other questions I had being post op. Devrim came to see me when I was feeling up to it and he also made sure that I was ok and happy with my results. I’ve had 0 complications since being home and have recovered perfectly. My scaring is very minimal and just so neat - extremely happy and impressed. So thankful to the whole of the team, specifically Devrim, Erva and Dr Ahmet Ascioglu! Hope to see you all again if I decide on any other treatments in the future!

Feb 17,2025Where to start! There is so much to mention. From my first enquiry to booking, attending, having the op and coming home has been an excellent service and experience. Firstly I would like to thank my medical consultant Devrim who was on hand with loads of information and there to answer any questions which puts your mind at rest. Especially as I live in the uk and was travelling abroad to have the surgery- let’s be honest us Brit’s do worry! No need, honest, Devrim was amazing. We traveled on Sunday 9th feb 25 and arrived at the hotel! The hotel - my way delux - stunning! They are all little apartments and so clean. It don’t quite look like the pictures on the net but still lovely. Monday 10th - pre op test! You are collected from the hotel and driven to a hospital (it was not the hospital I was having surgery at) this is ok.. please don’t be alarmed. This hospital you are met with a consultant from your hospital. This is where you spend a couple of hours having blood test, ecg, puff test, x-ray and ultrasound. Then you are back on the transfer to the hospital with your consultant. When you arrive you sit and make payment. The consultant explains how things will work and what will happen and also explains what happenes if you can’t have the surgery. But please remember- Payment is made if the surgery goes ahead or not! There are a couple of reasons why the surgery may not take place but the main is Acid Reflux - I can not stress that if you have had your gallbladder removed and suffer with Heartburn, please medicate before you go at least one week before!!! (I’ll explain why soon) Once you have had the chat, signed consent forms (about 11 pages) and made payment, you head up to your room. Rooms are basic but clean. Make sure you pack all your own toiletries and towels as you need these. Your given your black gown, socks and hair net which you should get into straight away as soon after your there it’s all systems go go go! This is where You go for your endoscopy! All ok, didn’t hurt but you are put to sleep. This is where they determine if you can have surgery or not! If you can, it happens that day. If like me, you can’t, they will tell you why! In my case I had alot of acid in my belly (they showed me a video and it was vile) however, they informed me that they would treat my acid relfux for two days and try again on Wednesday! I’ll be honest I was deverstated! However the hospital was amazing and treated me. It felt like the longest two days ever! Wednesday came and I was priority and was sent down to have the endoscopy at 10.30! At 10.45 I woke up to them telling me the treatment had worked and I can have surgery and was going straight in! (Massive relief) (I now need to extend my stay by two days due to surgery going ahead! No extra cost. We got in touch with the coordinator who rearranged our last hotel stay and transfers according to our fights. If the surgery couldn’t go ahead, they would send you home with treatment and you would then need to go back after you completed your treatment - your money stays with them and you just rebook but would have to pay for the hotel stay yourself. (I met someone there that was going back due to not being able to have the op first time round and all was good - (just keep your receipt as payment confirmation) I’m also sure they give you some else from your first visit to take back! After surgery, i remember being freezing cold and in a little discomfort- they are really good and settle you down with pain meds and heating. I also needed a wee as soon as I arrive back, I was allowed to get up, go for a wee and then go on a little walk before settling back down. The surgeon comes in to check on you and updates you on what happens and checks your ok! (He actually comes EVERYDAY) until you leave! The next day is a little sore but you need to walk and drink. This is good. You may not feel like you want to, but I did! Friday - I had a CT scan to make sure all was ok You drink a fluid and hold your breath for 45 seconds while the machine scans you. I then had my dietary talk where they also go over your blood results! This was excellent and very informative. You have the options to buy the extra meds you may need according to blood results. The drain removal was the worst part for me! It hurts!! Little bits to mention. 1.There is a fridge in your room for your companion. Stock up on your favourite goodies as not all the food my husband eat! He regrets not taking things. 2.If you love English tea there is none and no milk (only earl grey) take your own milk! 3.The breakfast for your companion comes at 6.30am (far to early for my husband) 4.There is a cafe on the ground floor but do small amount of pastry’s and only hot food was a cheese toastie 5.There is a local supermarket a short walk from the hospital that you can get stuff from 6. Take a towel and toiletrie I’m so happy it’s done and would 💯 recommend this hospital!

Her warmth, kindness, and reassuring approach were evident throughout the entire process. Not only does she have incredibly gentle hands, but she also explains every detail with great care, answering all my questions. I am so happy to have met her, and I’m beyond grateful that I chose her. Feb 14,2025DO NOT USE THIS HOSPITAL!! As previous post have advised "This hospital doesn't deserve 1 star!!" I had A mummy make over surgery which consisted of a breast lift, tummy tuck, 360 lipo and monz lift. which was to be performed by Omer Polat He took us into his office to discuss the procedure, but we were advised he believed was just a breast lift, I told him it was a mummy make over I had paid for and this included all the things that I mentioned above, to which he replied that he only knew about the breast lift but it would be OK proceed ahead with the Mummy makeover and everything that included Following the surgery and arriving back to the UK the stiches in both of my breasts became undone, my breasts became infected and I had to be treated for this at my local hospital as Mr Polat advised I had to stay in the UK I also realised after the bandages were fully removed that one of my breasts the nipple was higher than the other one and I hadn't been given the 360 lipo or monz lift so it was obvious some of the surgery had not been done I have sent messages back and forth on whatsapp, but what I find is if the person dealing with you doesn't want to deal with you any longer then they just send you a message saying they have resigned from that dept and can no longer help! I have been left with scarring now all around the breast area and I paid for procedures that I didn't receive At one point they assured me they would review and resolve the issues, but after sending the photos in the areas affected in they decided they couldn't do anything further and advised that I get laser surgery in the UK. So although they have admitted the missed and botched surgery they have decided not to do anything to help and want to just forget about things (whatsapp message below) "23/12/2024, 08:52] Serena Gozde Hospital: Hello, I hope you're doing well. I have spoken with the doctors, the team, and the management, and they have come to the following conclusion. Due to the significant deformation of the scars in the breast area, reopening and fixing that area poses a very high risk, and our doctors have not approved the surgery. They recommended laser treatment instead. It might take a few sessions, and it's more affordable in the UK. They also mentioned that after the laser treatment, the area could be covered with a tattoo. I am really sorry about this" I am now trying to claim a refund or some sort of compensation for the hospital and Mr Polat and the Hospital ruining my life but as said before, the people I'm speaking to just keep resigning or giving me email addresses that have an "undeliverable full mailbox message" or just don't reply I chose this hospital and Mr Polat in the beginning after going on a forum and asking for recommendations, but I found that after speaking to a medical professional friend in turkey after the surgery, he advised there are people on forums are paid by hospitals to trap you and give high praise recommendations _ PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS!!! as its not always what it seems... If you do decide to go ahead, ask for your LIFELONG AFTERCARE AGREEMENT in writing - which they will offer with the package I'm not sure how the ruining of lives this hospital manages to do is allowed to go ahead and trust me they are just laughing at you after you have your money as it is all a game to them and I'm sure they compare notes of who has managed to get the highest sale scams!! or can palm someone off with surgery complications for the longest until they finally give up This is causing me a great deal of stress and anxiety but the review sites are all I am left with so I will go to as many review sites as I can to try and help someone avoid making the same mistakes I did.

Feb 14,2025What made my experience great......Yunas and Hamiyet!!! They were both the best support I could have wished for during and after the process I had sleeve surgery with addition of gallbladder removal and hiatus hernia repair. My surgeon was Dr Ergin Arslan. Care in the premium hospitial was wonderful and I felt safe and looked after. Just one star removed for dietary/nutritional support. This is something I've felt has not been well done apart from one small booklet. Ongoing support from the dietitian has been far from what I expected.

Feb 14,2025I had a gastric sleeve with Dr Mehmet Deniz in January.I cannot fault Dr Deniz, he was very caring and compassionate.I felt really looked after.All the nurses were great looking after me.Regularly checking my blood pressure and making sure I wasn’t in pain.The hospital is very modern and clean, same with the hotel.I would highly recommend Dr Deniz at the Ozel Saglik hospital

Feb 14,2025After months of research I found Gozde hospital on instagram. I came across Dr Damla profile and instantly fell in love with her work! I had insecurities with my nose for a long time. I hated my nasal bridge due to having a hump and a slopped tip. When I had my consultation with her I told her what my concerns were and mentioned I wanted to keep it looking natural. She did exactly what I asked for but exceeded my expectations! My nose came out better than I ever imagined! She honestly has magic hands! She is so talented and super kind and caring. Im so Thankful to her for everything! You honestly changed my life for the better! <3

Feb 07,2025I have had absolutely fantastic service from piril my co ordinator for my gastric sleeve operation in godze hospital baypark istanbul, nothing has been to much hassle for her everytime I text she texts me back straight away no matter what time it is, if she doesn’t have the answer she found it straight away I am so lucky to have such a lovely girl looking after me

Feb 05,2025Recently had a hair transplant at Godze international hospital! I was sceptical and scared to travel from the UK (Birmingham) to Turkey for this procedure, but from the initial WhatsApp consultation to arriving at the hospital and having the procedure done it was a smooth and easy process. My coordinator Piril was amazing! Answered all my queries before arriving, whilst I was there and even helped me with the aftercare when I was back in the UK after my procedure! From arriving in Izmir international my transfer from the airport to the hotel, then to the hospital and then back to recover at the hotel it was faultless! I even decided to travel home 1 day earlier after my procedure which was not a problem and my coordinator Piril reassured me that was fine and made arrangements for my transfer to come a day earlier, which was hugely appreciated. I couldn’t recommend this hospital and service highly enough, Honestly, I would recommend to family and friends without any hesitation. Especially for the aftercare since I’ve returned back home (not that I’ve require any, just questions) when I was worried once I returned back home that I would struggle to receive communication, but that hasn’t been the case. I would like to thank Piril and the team for everything they have done for me, thank you!

Feb 01,2025I arrived at gozde kusidasi on the 19th january 2025, I was met at the doors by Milad who welcomed me and my husband and made us feel completely at ease!! The hospital was clean and had everything that i needed, the sofa bed was comfortable and my husband had a great night sleep. My surgeon was dr fikret bayez who was soo lovely and quite funny, full of energy and always laughing (you could tell he really loves his job) my surgery went well and the care i received by the nurses was amazing, although there was a language barrier, I could message Milad day or night and he would translate or ring the ward to give instructions to what i needed, they understood the basics though like painrelief or antisickness and came within seconds! My biggest shout out though is to Milad, his support both at the time and since being home has been amazing, Would 100%recommend this hospital and if Milad is designated to you, your 1 of the lucky ones because he truely is 1 in a million!!

Feb 01,2025Appreciable team and work. Starting from my amazing booking coordinator Afaf and the clinic staff with their friendly nature, patient tend to feel calm and comfortable. Also, the doctors there are specialist providing least painful treatment to the patient. I highly Recommend Gozde Dent as it is one of the BEST Dental clinics I have come across. I’m overwhelmed and very happy with my new smile

He organized the entire trip seamlessly and maintained great communication throughout our stay. The companion accompanying the patient was treated with care and respect and was able to stay for the entire hospital duration, with meals arranged alongside the patient's. The care received at Olzesaglik Hospital was outstanding. Devrim was highly professional, visiting the patient multiple times and always available when needed, responding promptly to any concerns. His support made us feel safe, secure, and never lost during our stay. I highly recommend Devrim!
