Mar 26,2024Extremely poor experience and ongoing issue : It has been months since our initial complaint and struggle with the handyman who not only failed to assemble our wardrobe but also caused damage to our newly decorated house Handy has been dragging it out, delaying their initially agreed on plan to repair our damage and been absolutely useless. Do not use Handy they would do you more harm than good and when they mess up, has no care or concern for their customers and would not care to resolve the issue at all

Mar 15,2024There's some communication issues between Handy and the contractors. I had a booking that was for two workers, clearly they didn't know the other one was booked. Long story short I had one bring his own, unapproved sidekick and the second Handy-approved worker arrived two hours late. Which, in his defense he tried to check in with me about but the app wasn't working...and that's the only way to exchange messages. Worked out in the end for me but definitely NOT smooth and not what should have been happening.
