Mar 05,2024My project was mounting a TV, and required two Handy service members. One of them, Abera, was fantastic. On time, organized, skilled and professional. The other, Jovanny M, was a no-show that canceled twice just before the service appointment and never showed up. He didn’t respond to my texts or phone calls, and I could see he was camped out in Richmond at the time of my second appointment (the first was cancelled by him 20 minutes before the appointment). My take away if that Handy is very much hit and miss on who they assign to your project.

Mar 04,2024I have a credit in my account but for two months in a row it has failed to be applied to my charges - I keep calling to resolve and customer service is powerless to apply it and keep telling me it will apply to the next charge but it never does. I’ve called multiple times and it never gets resolved or fixed. Customer service very frustrating and ineffective

Mar 03,2024Liam asked if he could come early which was great. He fixed the issue and then fixed the issue that popped up as a result. The first issue has remain fixed as has the pop-up issue, which makes me very happy. Would definitely use Liam again.
