Feb 23,2024JayJay immediately checked the carton received to see if all parts were included for assembly. He indicated to us within a few minutes that the hardware was not included. He then explained that we needed to contact Crate and Barrel to resolve the problem. He also assured us that Crate and Barrel would not charge us to schedule another handy visit after we receive the hardware, We would like Jay Jay to be scheduled as our handyman again if possible.

Feb 23,2024The app is pretty intuitive. It does have one annoying feature though. When my Pro shows up and the job is about over and I want to text her to ask her a question, the app INSISTS that I rate her and do the tip thing before it lets me back to the app to click on the "text" icon associated with her. The app should never have that control and it's irritating. Other than that, the Handy system works very well.

He went above and beyond by adding us onto his already long day. The world really could use more of his hard working attitude. I would rate him a 10!
