The service provided was second to none and everything was handled without any stress involved at all. I would highly recommend Harbor to anyone wishing to sell their home and would definitely use them again if I move house again.

Jun 02,2021I have recently used Harbor Property for the sale of a house and have found them excellent to deal with. I had never been involved in selling a house before and had been led to believe that it was a very stressful process. However, Harbor have made the process pretty stress free for me. There are regular weekly calls from them during the process to keep you updated on any progress on your sale and they also provide you with a handy portal on their website which is personalised to you and enables you to check on scheduled viewings and other aspects of your sale. I would highly recommend these guys.

May 28,2021Jason, Tegan and the team couldn't of been anymore professional. Regular updates on all goings on and nothing ever a hassle. As a first time buyer you can be a bit wary but all doubts were quickly eased with the manner in which both teams performed.

Jason has a wealth of knowledge on buying and selling which allowed me to have all confidence in the sale of my property - he understood my property mean't a lot to me and I felt that was important in the sale and that shone through!

This company is so very professional in every aspect from 1st stages of selling your property, professional photo's taken, ensuring plenty of viewing appointment's (even offering to do these viewing's themselves), mortgage advise and set up on new mortgages, dealing with settlement prices and referring a solicitor for the final legal dealings, all this and so much more, trust,friendly and so very professional through out. Apr 02,2021Selling a property is one of the most stressful things you’ll do, even more so in the middle of a pandemic. I was apprehensive about what might happen and it was the first time I had sold a property. However, every single person I dealt with at Harbor Property was professional and informed and it put me at ease knowing they had everything covered. From the initial quote to getting (great) photos, all the way through to the after-sale support, I was impressed. Especially so in the period between accepting an offer and completion, I had regular updates from Angela and Donna which helped reassure me everything was taken care of. I would 100% recommend to my friends and family and I’d 100% use again on my next property. Competitive pricing and perfect service, the “big name” agency’s couldn’t have come close.
