Apr 01,2020I was very hesitant to use HBS' services, not because I saw any negative reviews (in fact, there was hardly any) but mostly because there seemed to be so many other options (HBS' competitors) and most of their websites (including HBS') seemed very convincing. I spent a few days researching and looking for as most objective review portals as possible to compare and weigh the pros and cons of each firm. After my due diligence on 7 firms, I felt more comfortable and confident with HBS, so I decided to give it a shot: a c-corp incorporation. The application process was extremely simple and efficient, and the entire process structure was very well organized and easy to follow and execute. In addition to their same-day filing process being completed (as promised on the website), I got the completed article of incorporation documents by email the very next day (contrary to what the HBS' website indicated: 3~5 business days). So, I was extremely happy with my choice during the entire process, from A to Z. Also, I was extremely satisfied with the quality level of HBS' customer service - via emails as well as phone calls. And, most of all, the rates were truly great (very reasonable service fees as well as the low annual RA fee - nearly 50% less than most other firms’). Overall, it was an extremely satisfactory experience all around, and I'm 100% sure that I will go back to HBS for any future Delaware entity incorporating needs.

Mar 31,2020I wanted a copy of a company registration and certificate of good standing. This was first requested on a Friday. When it didn't arrive I called and was told that 'it didn't go through' on my credit card. I was told to try again which I did ... on both occasions I was notified by my CC provider that a provisional charge had been posted. The following morning I called again and finally spoke to someone who took my credit card over the phone ... it went through directly and this time I got a confirming message; something that was missing from both previous attempts. Frankly, I don't your system is working the way you would want.
