Apr 27,2020The process of setting up a Delaware LLC is truly fast and easy, and the customer service is top notch. Customer service is apparently not outsourced and quick to return your inquiry. However, I wish the costs for foreign qualification in another state were more upfront. I understand every state and situation are different, which is why they tell you to call for a quote. I just wish the page for foreign qualification would tell you these fees could be way more than what you paid to form your Delaware LLC due to the extensive red tape states that are not business friendly have. This would help EBay and Amazon sellers who are generally rookies looking to legitimize their generally home based businesses while affording them the legal benefits of a Delaware LLC. These businesses have the potential to get bogged down in litigation from either the customer or the service platforms on which they operate.

Apr 27,2020I had some questions the first time I tried to fill the form, and considering I'm creating a company, I didn't want to mess it up or get in trouble later. So maybe I would've appreciated a more extended explanation or a link to a blog about specific questions on the form. However, when I tried it again, I just used the live chat feature, and all my problems were resolved right away. I know I won't need to research any other suppliers if they keep this kind of service quality. All thumbs up.
