Nov 20,2019My first attempt to request the service (Certificate of Good Standing) was unsuccessful. But this was not apparent until a few days later when the certificate did not arrive within the specified timeframe, and despite the pending transaction appearing on my credit. As a consequence, my filing with the federal government, for which the certificate was required, was not completed in time and I had to resubmit to the federal government which delayed the completion of registration by three weeks, which is still pending. When I enquired with your office, your staff were very helpful.
