Nov 01,2019I had a few questions about incorporating LLC in Delaware as I am non-US resident, HBS team can support very quick and to the point. I trust HBS and strongly recommend their service! The only thing I want to mention is HBS is not a legal consulting firm, so they can't give you legal and tax advices. You need to search information by yourself and consult tax accountant and lawyer to address those questions.

I had never done this before and had no idea of what firm would be best. When I did an online search, many firms came up in the results, but when I saw the ratings for HBS and read the reviews. I decided to go with them. I can't thank them enough for how accommodating they've been. Their staff was so prompt with their replies, and all of the paperwork were filed so quickly and were sent to me both digitally and through FedEx. I used HBS both to incorporate my company and to get an EIN from the IRS. Everything was done in a very professional and timely manner. No matter where you're from, HBS will only provide A+ service!
