This service was as efficient as always, Tom called to say he was on his way and was his courteous, professional self. Wouldn't use any other company. The office staff are always friendly and helpful too.

May 14,2021I would thoroughly recommend this family run company, Harvey’s for any plumbing and heating jobs. Our old boiler packed up and we employed them to switch a conventional boiler to a combi which at first we weren’t keen on but after they explained the advantages we realised we made the best choice. They provided an itemised list of all the work required prior to starting with full costings and because we had no heating they managed to fit us in as early as they could. As well as installing a new boiler we had 5 radiators replaced, a new shower unit and a kitchen tap replaced. We had three plumbers to do the work and they finished within three days as they stipulated would be the required period. The workmen were very clean, professional, hard working, courteous and polite. They reduced the price of the original costing as they managed find a better route from the gas mains to the boiler so they didn’t overcharge us and were very fair and honest in their pricing. We now have a warm house again with a fantastic hive hub which is now so much easier to set up the heating temperature and timings. I cannot praise them enough.

May 07,2021Very friendly and professional service. We were lucky to have Tom come over couple of years ago when our boiler broke down and have never looked anywhere since. We get some good advice as well in terms of the boiler life and what to look out for. Would definitely recommend.
