I have used Harveys for a few years now, for my boiler service. I am always impressed with the company's engineers - for their proficiency, their professionalism and polite attitude. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if ever asked. A very happy and loyal customer!

Excellent service. Staff were prompt, courteous and tidy. Engineers took the time to explain the work done, and both invoice and certificate of work were presented in a timely manner after the job was done. Would highly recommend.

Bill Harvey came to visit us today to fix a leak in our water tank. Issue resolved quickly and professionally, couldn’t be more grateful!
On Sunday evening when our boiler stopped working, Harveys gave us an appointment the following afternoon, assessed the fault, ordered tricky parts which came within 48 hrs, returned on Wednesday and discovered more damage when in the back of the boiler and went out then and there to acquire a third part and returned to complete the repair. Very quick, user friendly and helpful service. Thank you!

We’ve used Harvey’s a few times now and always find them to provide a very high quality service. All the team are very friendly and they are prepared to go the extra mile. Last week they installed a Hive thermostat for us. Once they left we kept having issues with it connecting, which turned out to be wifi signal issues from the hub to the receiver. Tom @ Harvey’s went the extra mile and the next spent time on the phone with hive getting to the bottom of the issue. Once he knew the problem I got a very friendly and apologetic call from Tom (not on him so need need for the apology) telling me how to resolve the issue. All in all a very happy customer. Other work we’ve had done, to give the full picture, include boiler servicing on behalf of EDF and fitting a new boiler (expediently, when it was snowing a couple of years ago).
Amazing company. Engineers were fantastic. They explained any issues providing me with pictures and evidence of the issues. Quick and really nice.
After British Gas totally failed to come out to my 90 year old father who is blind , he had no hot water or heating ! I contacted Tom from Harveys plumbing and heating , who came out straight away and fixed my Dads boiler the other week , he was very thoughtful, safe extremely polite and helpful. He then came back today do do a service as I have cancelled British Gas and will use Harvey’s in the future. I recommend to my Freind and he came out after being sent from Harvey’s and sorted their heating aswell . I would highly recommend as I already have , the whole team that I have spoken to were so helpful and polite 😊Thankyou again . Trish
Fitted a new radiator, Bill was very helpful, clean with his work and tidied up when finished. Will use this company again.
Heating fault - through Corgi (at the time we had not fulfilled the 1 month no boiler issues) Bill kindly went out of his way and turned up to fix our heating on the 16th December. We had already had 2 days of no heating and the nearest fix date when in contract was 5 days later. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly to diagnose and fix the issue, fortunately for us he had the right part in his van. The cost was fair. His act of kindness was very much appreciated.
Tom is very efficient and a pleasant young man. He is knowledgeable, arrives on time, tidies up after himself, answers your questions and is happy to explain in detail to the muppets. A credit to Harvey’s.

We had our boiler service from Harveys for decade and found excellent service for past few years especially a guy called Tom he is thorough with service and gives us a good advice. One thing I must say they keep the appointment and always in time.

Mar 01,2021Harvey’s undertook an emergency repair to a leaking pipe in my loft. Their friendly engineer turned up promptly and replaced the offending pipe quickly and efficiently and to my full satisfaction. Very impressed with the service provided - highly recommended.
