Nov 12,2020We have just our gas fire repaired by HARVEY HEATING The engineer was IAN HARVEY He came to us and tried it out and it needed a new thermo couple He ordered the new part and today 11th NOVEMBER he came to fix it The job he did was excellent taking care and respect WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Nov 03,2020We have used this company a number of times in the past. The company is exceptionally reliable and professional with a high standard of service. It may sometimes, with a struggle, be possible to find a cheaper alternative but Harveys are transparent and reasonably priced. I have generally found that potential cost saving are offset by the fact that the price differential is marginal and the fact that with Harveys you can always get through to someone on the phone and that calls are dealt with in a responsive and respectful manner.

Oct 29,2020We were very impressed with Harveys Plumbing & Heating and their efficiency in dealing with us when our boiler broke down a few days ago. They were all very helpful and responded very quickly in resolving the problem and having a new part fitted. They are a very pleasant company and we have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Oct 29,2020He put a boiler on the wall. It fell off half way through the night causing a gas leak and landing on my dog which killed him. Then caused a fire which caused my house to explode going into next doors house. Killing there dog also and setting the house on fire. The fire then spread into the bird cage with a parrot in meaning that he burnt alive. I tried to stop the neighbour from going back in to save the parrot but he went in and fell over the boiler that flew into next doors house and he fell over the boiler and died to. So he caused 2 dogs a parrot and a person all to die. Not impressed.

Oct 27,2020just had my boiler serviced by Tom one of Harveys engineers, he explained what he was doing and why, told me the efficiency of my boiler and what might need looking at in the future,everything left tidy when he had finished,all in all i have to say that it was more than satisfactory experience

Oct 25,2020Engineer came out following contactIng manufacturer as boiler is see warranty. I have to say that the engineer was fantastic. The office called and booked appointment, lady was excellent over the phone and the engineer arrive when said they would. Engineer fixed boiler with no problem returning the following day with the part. Excellent service and would recommend. Following bad experiences with corgi I will now be going back to have my service carried out, they have made me feel confident they know what they are doing and can be trusted.

Oct 13,2020We had a new boiler installed by Tom. Tom is honest and trustworthy engineer. The quote was very detailed and he has advised us on any potential additional costs. I am aware that some engineers underestimate the cost or don't mention the cost of extras just to get the job and then you get hit with the cost on the day. We didn't have to worry about with Tom - he was very transparent. It took us a while to decide what boiler we wanted to go ahead with and Tom was more than happy to answer any questions we had in the process. His job is spotless and the site was left very clean. If you need a new boiler - don't hesitate - call them!

Oct 01,2020Tom was friendly and knowledgeable. He came to do a boiler service but also spent time answering lots of my questions about switching to a combi boiler. The boiler runs more quietly now too! I would highly recommend Harveys and will use them again in future.

The engineer attended on time, was very efficient and knowledgeable about what was an old boiler. I would not hesistate to recommend this company to any person needing a boiler service. Top marks.
