Based on Harveys Plumbing & Heating's excellent reviews on Trustpilot, we decided to give them a try—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made! From the very first call to their office to the completion of the job, the service we received was exceptional. The lady who handled our booking was always polite, friendly, and efficient. Tom, who came to discuss our options, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He provided us with a detailed, transparent quotation and was an absolute pleasure to work with. After meeting him, we didn’t hesitate to proceed with installing a new boiler. Understanding how cold our home had become, Tom prioritized our job. As soon as the new boiler arrived, Tom, Scott, and Craig came early in the morning to start the installation. They worked tirelessly, staying late into the evening to ensure the boiler was fully operational before leaving. The following week, Scott and Craig returned to complete a full system flush for our large home. Once again, they worked long hours, never rushing the job and ensuring the entire heating system was back up and running perfectly before they left. Their dedication, professionalism, and friendly attitude were remarkable. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Additionally, I want to highlight how Tom went above and beyond to help us with a heating issue at one of our buy-to-let properties. Despite the mess left by a previous contractor, who failed to fix the problem and ghosted us, Tom reviewed their reports and provided us with valuable advice—all without charging a penny. Nov 25,2024We had our ATAG boiler broken down since Tuesday. I called ATAG who recommended Harvey’s. Harvey’s attended the property by Friday the same week and fixed the boiler within the first hour. The engineer carried all genuine parts so no waiting. The engineer was courteous polite and knowledgeable. Reasonable price, excellent service and a Happy customer.
