Oct 08,2024Tom arrived within the 9am-12pm time frame specified and was polite and considerate. He carried out a boiler and gas fire service efficiently and gave us opportunity to ask questions. He provided helpful information about new technologies to retain energy efficiency. The quote to revisit to fit a very small part on safety grounds, & retest, was a bit more expensive than anticipated, but the job was carried out with minimal delay, and at our convenience.

Sep 25,2024Fantastic service as always. Engineer called ahead as promised to say he would be arriving within the next 20 minutes. Tom was polite and explained what kind of service he was carrying out and how long it would take. He worked quietly and efficiently. He thought there could be some improvements to help make our heating more effective and he passed that information back to the manufacturer. Within a few days Harveys had scheduled a follow up appointment to make the recommended changes free of charge.

Sep 19,2024First time using Harveys having 'met' Tom a few weeks ago. A regular boiler service before the cold weather starts and it was conducted extremely well, with advice and possible recommendations offered. Will certainly be using Harveys again in the future.

They are always on time, very polite and courteous, always cover their boots with little plastic covers to avoid treading in any dirt they’re very thoughtful. We have Tom come ever year to service the boiler and I can’t fault him anytime he comes - goes above and beyond - thank you!

I will never use another plumbing company again! I received a boiler service today and various plumbing advice. I await a quote for some more work I would like carried out by this wonderful family business. This is the second time I have used Harveys. The first time was in an emergency. Their prices are fair and you cannot beat the service. I highly recommend this company.

Aug 22,2024Contacted Harvey’s early hours as a leak was found on our heating system the morning of travelling away. Tom called and arranged an engineer to attend with all works completed prior to landing and allowing piece of mind to enjoy the holiday. Definitely recommend Harvey’s for knowledge and faultless service.

Tom took the trouble to explain everything to me and I have found him friendly and helpful throughout. Scott also fixed some leaky radiators and he was equally conscientious. We would highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future.
