Feb 27,2024Shirt sizing is quite large compared to other comparable brands. I had to return my purchase as all too big, and requested the same products in a smaller size, but instead G&H gave me a refund and did not notify me what was happening until I rang to chase my replacement order. Shirts did seem quite good, it’s just a shame G&H messed up on service as I can’t face going through the on-line ordering process again.

Feb 27,2024First purchase with this company after many puchases with Charles Tyrwhitt. Must say was a bad move. Bought a suit online last month and after first wear saw the jacket was ripped. Reported to H&C online to see what can be done as it’s a brand new clothing their response was as it’s out of 28 days period, my concern is rejected!! Guess the product only lasts 28 days. I’ve had suits that has been longer with much less price than what I paid for this and still in condition. Poor material so the customer service.

Feb 27,2024Very good service, goods arrived in a couple of days. Blouse is very nice though it did have some threads coming off it which needed trimming. Thanks to others who remarked on the sizing I purchased a size 10 instead of the usual size 8, and the blouse is a perfect fit.

Feb 27,2024Ordered a dinner jacket for £399 which was delivered by Royal Mail. The package had been opened and resealed when I received it with the trousers and a suit carrier inside but no jacket. I contacted Hawes and Curtis immediately via email as the phone numbers on the website have no one answering them. They replied saying they needed CCTV of my property which I provided. Since then they have denied anything has happened and have not helped in the matter at all stating that it is my own fault that the jacket is missing. I would strongly advise to never use Hawes and Curtis unless you are happy for them to steal your money!

Feb 26,2024Received wet and damaged shirt. Another order cancelled and refund never posted until I have to call before the refund process was initiated. Called customer service few times however, it was not that helpful. They keep saying same thing and not quite offering a solution. Like H&C products but company got to step up their game!

I suggested she unpack it and unbutton it. She started from the top and gasped with delight, when the hearts appeared. Worn for our meal out. We'll done H&C...again.
