Feb 23,2024I purchased 4 items online - only 1 was delivered. I raised with customer services immediately - they responded to say they had investigated with their warehouse and all 4 items were sent. As a gesture of goodwill will offer a discount code??? This is a breach of the consumer rights act 2015 as they have failed to deliver the good I have paid for / provide a full refund. I am forming an official complaint letter with my lawyer and will be taking to court for a breach of contract. The worst customer service I have ever experienced from an online retailer - do not shop here.
