Established in 2015, we are a clinical homecare company, specialising in delivering homecare services to patients.
We work closely with the NHS and pharmaceutical companies to dispense and deliver prescription medicine whilst providing nurse support to those patients that need it.
There are currently over 190,000 patients using our services, and our dedicated team offer support to them across a number of different therapy areas – Gastroenterology, Respiratory, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Oncology, Rare Diseases and many more.
Our aim is to make our patient’s lives easier, by taking the stress out of managing their medication.
We recognise that each one of our patients is unique, and our services are tailored specifically to their requirements.
For some patients we will simply dispense and deliver their medicine, for some we may provide training on how to administer their medicine, whereas others may require ongoing nurse support to have their medicine administered for them.
We will work closely with our patient’s hospital team to ensure their medicine and/or care is provided to them safely and according to their prescription.

She turned up on time and was really helpful and friendly and gave me lots of advise about the injection she was administering.

Feb 05,2025I am dissatisfied with the delivery of my medication for several reasons. First, the delivery was supposed to arrive a week ago, as I specifically mentioned that I needed to take an injection during the upcoming weekend. Despite calling twice to inquire about the delay, no one was able to provide me with a clear answer. Eventually, the medication was shipped to me without any explanation as to why it had been delayed for such a long time, causing me to miss my injection date. Although the package arrived the following day, it was already past the scheduled time for my injection, which disrupted my entire treatment cycle. I take one injection every two weeks, so this delay has caused significant issues with my medication regimen. Given the situation, I am rating this experience with only two stars, although the courier did deliver the package on time. I have never had such problems with deliveries before.
