Established in 2015, we are a clinical homecare company, specialising in delivering homecare services to patients.
We work closely with the NHS and pharmaceutical companies to dispense and deliver prescription medicine whilst providing nurse support to those patients that need it.
There are currently over 190,000 patients using our services, and our dedicated team offer support to them across a number of different therapy areas – Gastroenterology, Respiratory, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Oncology, Rare Diseases and many more.
Our aim is to make our patient’s lives easier, by taking the stress out of managing their medication.
We recognise that each one of our patients is unique, and our services are tailored specifically to their requirements.
For some patients we will simply dispense and deliver their medicine, for some we may provide training on how to administer their medicine, whereas others may require ongoing nurse support to have their medicine administered for them.
We will work closely with our patient’s hospital team to ensure their medicine and/or care is provided to them safely and according to their prescription.

Feb 05,2025I like the fact I can have deliveries sent to an alternate address since I work office hours. I also like that I am given a 2 hour delivery slot the day before delivery. I do not like the fact that my mother in law was interrogated at the door step because her name was not my name. She then had to wait while the delivery person went back to his van to make a phone call before my items were handed over. This should not have been the case since I made it clear that the delivery was going to my mother in law at the time of ordering.

Feb 05,2025Had text message of time slot for delivery… did not arrive within time slot left it a couple of hours before making contact to be advised that the time slot had changed to the afternoon and text message sent out. When advised that I had not received the so called text message was informed that it’s the logistics team … still advised that I had not received it and could that be raised as a concern…. Didn’t want to take accountability just blamed it on the logistics team
