Sep 08,2023Overall a good experience with a few small exceptions. First, my hearing aid battery charger was easy to order using the website. There was however little or no follow up on the company’s part to let me know my order status. Evidently my ordered charger was not in stock but it took an email from me three or for days after submitting my order to receive an update. The update I received said I would be provided a shipping tracking number, but none was received and the website order status merely said the order was complete. The charger was received more than a week after ordering and works well.

Because someone there - Kim - took the initiative to personally follow up on my order I became so comfortable that I even asked her about audiologists in my area & she referred me. How surprising and wonderful when I thought I was just ordering something from the internet to find that a person reached out to me & wanted to help. Sep 10,2023My wife had a tough time getting a replacement charger from her hearing aid specialists. They required that she make an appointment, and they also quoted the price of a replacement charger for her Widex hearing aid at $350. When I found your website online and called you for help, your were immediately kind and helpful. You were able to send me the same charger for $150, I got it quickly through the mail a few days latter, and my wife can now hear properly again. We both thank you so much for your help!
