I am more than pleased with my purchase of a charger for my Widex hearing aids. I shopped around quite a bit and finally found this website. I was concerned that this might be a phony website because I was not familiar with the company and the prices were so much more reasonable than other sources I had looked into. I decided to take a chance, and I’m so glad I did. I received a brand new charger in less than a week! Happy me.

I purchased a hearing aid charger to go with a set of hearing aids that I finally returned to the hearing aid provider. Hears was very helpful with the charger refund, and got it processed ASAP. I will definitely buy my next charger from them.

Outstanding customer service! Emailed to verify the type of hearing aid matched the charger ordered. Went beyond to contact the GN Representative to further verify what we were trying. Clear communication. Never purchased from before but will be the first place I check if we have future orders. …best of all, they are in the U.S., not some UK/E.U. company with a virtual storefront pretending to be an American purchase.

instructions and diagrams are incomplete. didn't even show where the battery recharge port is. also didn't know before my purchase i would need to purchase an additional device before i could hear music from my cd player. still not sure how to make it all work together.

Received the wrong size and side of what I ordered. The speaker they sent me also seemed used? It had yellow stuff that looked like ear wax and it had a hair wrapped around it. I sent it back, now I am waiting on their reply on their refund. Edited: changed review to 4 stars, received refund no problem Edit #2: not only I got money back, but I also received a replacement! Thank you so much, great customer service.
