Feb 08,2025On arrival at the VCL Guildford Clinic I was greeted by very professional, friendly and experienced staff who managed my appointment exceptionally well. I was seen immediately on arrival even though I was a bit late. I was anxious driving to the clinic not knowing what the outcome would be after the CT scan examination but the staffs open and friendly manner put me at ease very quickly. I than met the specialist cardiovascular Dr who was also very informative and open. The whole experience was like being with good friends who will look after my health issues in the best possible way. I would highly recommend the VCLC

Although a small space everybody was efficient and caring but also not over clinical so there was a sharing of disgruntuledness with bookings but all communicated in a very equal way because of the different characters in the team

Jan 16,2025It was an unknown situation to me but by and large the process and procedures were explained and things ran more or less as it was explained to me. It would be helpful if it was made clear that for clear images a heart rate of 60bpm or less was required. This is a good margin less than normal healthy heart rate. Consequently everyone I saw there gad to take medication to slow hear rate and wait for it to take effect.

It's the perfect environment with everything under one roof from speaking with specialists to getting ECG and scans along with the fitment of heart monitors.
