Apr 13,2021Great Customer service. Unfortunately I was given the wrong advice for an item I wanted to integrate into my current set up. However after this mistake was realised Customer services were amazing and issued a refund immediately. If I was to convert from my current set up I would choose HEY! without any delay.

Would have like to have seen more technical information about them available on the website, but was able to buy and return if I wasn’t happy. Had no issues and will likely buy again.

Apr 11,2021Leak detector is a great product and customer service is really helpful, but the instructions for connecting it to the router are not great. Once it was connected it worked exactly as expected.

Apr 09,2021These bulbs are brilliant the only minor negative detail is that they only come in screw bulb, they do come with an adapter for bayonet but this makes them proud of some lampshades. Also if you have a power cut they all turn on and if not programmed to turn off they stay on ! No fault of the product ! Other than that , exceptional

Apr 04,2021Easy to setup with the app the only down side is mi would say 75% of doors now aren't level with each other so as I did I had to make a spacer to bring one side level with the other obviously I wouldn't mind paying slightly more for some spacers/shims to do the job

Easy to install and understand, backed up with amazing customer support. Works seamlessly with Alexa and easy to link to various other devices, to set routines and interface perfectly. Very neat, smart and nice looking product and I love the branding. I will definitely be buying more, if you want to set up a smart home with Alexa integration these are the products for you, and you don’t need any extra hubs as they simply connect through your Wi-fi 👍🏻
