Feb 09,2021I have used Phillips Hue bulbs in a few rooms but they are so expensive. I thought I’d give these a go as they are very cheap. Arrived next day and they are great value and quality. Will be buying more for other rooms.

Jan 21,2021Got these out the box a moment ago, love the packaging, love the functionality. However the bulb will not work in the lamp I want to it to. Seems signal is not strong enough. I live in a small london 2 bed flat and the router is no more than 2 metres away through a stud wall. I have pretty decent sky broadband and the bulb will only work in a lamp in the same room as the router. Not fantastic.

Jan 19,2021Very impressed, especially for the price. Loved the packaging that it arrived in and was so easy to set up. I did have an issue with one of the adapters supplied but after a friendly quick call they sent a new one arriving the next day. Will definitely be using again. Thank you to Ben and Katya for great customer service as well.

Jan 11,2021My first order from Hey! was a real surprise, from the quality of the new Smart Bell to the superb packaging. The delivery was very prompt. When I received the bell and set it up, the additional mains plugin ringer was suffering from a intermittent fault. I contacted Ben at Hay who asked me to return the whole product as the Bell and Ringer are linked as a pair. When I explained that I was over 70 and did not want to go to the post Office, he arranged a courier to collect the package the next morning and then confirmed that the unit did have a fault and dispatched a replacement which arrived the next morning again! I now have a perfect working Smart Bell. This is great service and gives me confidence in recommending them as a great company to do business with. L. Robinson

Dec 02,2020I wasn’t sure what the quality would be like as they were a lot cheaper than other makes of smart light but I took a gamble on the led strip lights. From ordering they were delivered next day and the lights were packed in a nice box. I down loaded the app and plugged the lights in and followed the instruction. It took less than 5minutes from opening the box to controlling the light via the app. I was suitably impressed with both the quality of the light and the ease of use for the app. Installing the second lights was easier as the details were already stored from the first set of lights. The app does everything I wanted from a smart light, you can select any couloir for the light and set a timer or schedule. Overall I’m happy with the led strip lights and will buy more to Finnish off the kitchen

Nov 28,2020I ordered the LED light strip as a Black Friday deal as I wanted an LED strip that was compatible with Amazon Alexa. The packaging is good quality and the LED has a good quality feel about it. I opted for the 5m length but you could extend the length if required. Very happy with the end result and very easy to set up. I normally have issues with my BT router due to the 2.4 and 5 split but you can change the setup, which I had to do and didn't run in to any issues. Setup took about 5 minutes and installation another 5. Would recommend Hey! and will be buying more of their products in the future.

Nov 08,2020We loved our new products, thanks hey! My daughter particularly loved the LED lights now lighting up her wigwam, and the control is so easy that she loves using it to change the colours. My favourite is using the smart plug to be able to turn the kettle on from my bed! All arrived promptly and with a nice personal touch inside.

Nov 06,2020I recently received my Hey! smart home delivery, I'm so impressed with the extremely fast delivery, colourful packaging and excellent functionality of the products. I can switch on my LED light strip and change the colours via their app while also controlling my power strips. I have previously had smart home products but none compare to this - I can control my whole home from one app. Genius idea I love it!

Nov 06,2020Have been extremely impressed with my purchase from Hey! My order arrived really quickly and the packaging looked amazing - the box was even hand signed! I've never had any smart products previously but thought I'd give it a go. I've decided to do one room at a time so will definitely be back when I want to do another. The LED light strips are great - so easy to install and grouping these with the smart bulbs makes the room look great!

Oct 31,2020Very quick delivery, super easy to install and a really premium experience. Installed my doorbell in less than a minute - has really clear picture and helpful alerts. Kids love the colourful bulbs in their bedrooms and the preset themes and timers are a big help. Power bar brilliant, with ability to switch individual sockets on and off. App is brilliant - have set our whole family up on it in minutes and we can all control individual features or rooms. Works really well with Alexa too. Finally, great branding and packaging. Really high end and nice to see it was hand packed by the company.

Oct 29,2020I have been meaning to get my home fitted with smart products for a while and my hey! products were delivered next day and were all nicely packaged. The set up was quick and easy. Really good quality and I love the fact that all my products are easily accessible through one app. I especially love the doorbell as it has a HD camera and it's really easy to use and looks so smart at my door - and for the price point it is such good value over other competitors I was initially looking at! Also, I must say how good the power strip extension lead is. I've put one next to my bed, and I've been able to set a timer and switch things on/off ready for when I go to bed. A must buy for somebody wanting to get the home set up with smart products. I'm definitely going to be buying more from hey!
