Mar 03,2021I am using the smart bulbs from Hey and they are fantastic. Great value and work perfectly (integrated with Google Home). Their app is very good and their customer support is excellent. I had some questions on automation that they answered very quickly as well as being helpful. I am very impressed so far!

Mar 03,2021Is a decent product. The light fitting sometimes doesn't connect but other than that works well with a range of colours. However the LED light strips fell down within a day could be my error of not putting them up correctly. But they worked fine when they were up. Did contact customer services which where amazing and gave me some suggestions to help keep the LED lights in place.

Mar 03,2021Amazing devices and amazing customer service. Currently have 4 bulbs in different rooms of the house. Installation is easy and app is simple to use. I did have a problem with one bulb but the customer service was able to resolve this quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be buying more devices from here!

Mar 02,2021Wouldn't recommend these guys at all. Bought the light strip (3m) and I had 2 issues with it: 1. As I went to install it, the backing that you peel back to reveal the adhesive ended up actually pulling the adhesive off. Not great - but I realised straight away so I only lost a bit of adhesive on a bit of the strip. 2. I secured the rest of the strip in place at the back of my desk, 2 days later the entire thing has fallen down - poor adhesive. In theory it's an easy fix, but with there being so many good light strips out there I wanted to return this and buy another one as it said to me the quality just wasn't there with this strip. I spoke with Katya from customer service who repeatedly told me that it was my fault for installing it wrong? Not sure how you can install an adhesive strip wrong in all honesty. Proceeded to spell my name wrong and was just generally rude, overall a really bad experience and won't be buying from here again.

Feb 22,2021My first purchase from Hey! And they can expect more. I had a few questions before I bought the outdoor camera and Katya came back the next day answering them all for me. Setup is probably the quickest I have seen from a wireless camera and I have done a few. Images are full HD and connection is extremely quick over wi-fi or 4g. There could be further refinement in the app but that's a personal preference. I would recommend others to try out Hey!

Feb 22,2021Have no complaints for the money the Motion sensors are a bit slow half way up the stairs by the time the strip light comes on. But all in all they work.

Customers services are spot on and any technical issues i held they have answered swiftly! If you are looking to get a door bell or camera as good as Ring etc for a fraction of the price! Hey is your product!
