I wish I had found this place sooner, but I will be returning for more scans as my pregnancy progresses as I loved the experience and friendly staff so much!

Apr 05,2023Our experience at the clinic for an early pregnancy scan has been excellent. We've visited twice so far and were impressed both times. The sonographer, Rosalyn, was incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and provided us with lots of reassuring commentary during the scan. The receptionists were also friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We would absolutely recommend this clinic without hesitation!

Apr 04,2023Very happy with the overall experience. I was running late due to heavy traffic and they still performed a full service. I had a 4D scan with video and photos included. My baby position wasn't allowing the best shot but the sonographer was very patient and kept trying in order to have a clear picture and the health check up done. The clinic was warm and clean, a very pleasant environment. The lady at the reception was welcoming and friendly. She also presented me with a gift bag with a nice MAM bottle and a herbal tea. I then received all the pics and report by email a few minutes later. Definitely the service I received was of a high standard and I will return there in future. Highly recommended.

Apr 03,2023We absolutely love Hey baby southend, the experience from start to finish has been absolutely amazing, our sonographer Eliza is perfect, so professional, super knowledgeable and so lovely. Everyone we have met during our trips to Hey baby southend have been so incredible and we have felt like they genuinely cared about us and our baby. We had a gender scan today which I can not recommend enough, after a little countdown the whole room changed to pink! Such a lovely experience we will never forget. We also had an early reassurance scan at about 6 weeks and we left feeling so reassured, Eliza again explained everything so well and we always learn something new on every visit! Thank you so much to the incredible staff at Hey Baby 💗 xo

Apr 02,2023I have had several scans at hey baby hull now, and every single time all staff were polite, friendly and supportive. Any queries I have were dealt with very efficiently and smoothly. The scan experience itself is A*. The sonographer has been calm, reassuring and just lovely! A wonderful very personal experience, I would recommend them to anyone.

This is our first baby and me and my husband both felt a little anxious on arrival but this changed straight away after we were welcomed in. All throughout our scan, we were reassured and everything was explained to us-we even saw our baby’s heartbeat! The scan room is really lovely and everything was very private and super clean. We had the best experience-thank you! X
